Monthly Rentals in Kodak, Sevierville

This was perfect for myself and my two teenagers after Christmas. Far enough from Pigeon Forge that it’s quiet and peaceful after spending the day around crowds. It was so quiet. The house was beautiful and very clean. Rebecca was very helpful and quick to respond when I messaged her. She had a great little guidebook with her local recommendations. The box of chocolates at check in was so sweet! Would love to stay here again if I’m back in the area!

We had a great stay, it was about 30-minute drive to everything we wanted to do. The BnB was clean and spacious, while the neighborhood was peaceful.

Incredible gem! I can’t think of anything more I could’ve wanted out of my first trip to the Great Smoky Mountains area. Kathleen responded immediately when I had a couple minor questions before our stay and offered availability throughout. The Hut is amazingly detailed. Every single piece of decor makes you feel like you are living on the grounds at Hogwarts. Everything was super clean, so many amenities and extra little things offered like food, coffee, all the basics, entertainment, games and extra magic for those that love the Wizarding world. My trip was wonderful and the neighborhood of Fantasy homes is truly a special treat. And it’s still growing! More homes are being added so there was a little construction going on but it was done within normal working hours, noise was kept to a minimum and they even apologized for the little noise they created. If you think it might be a concern for you, just ask before your trip. Kathleen is honest and delivers upon her promises!

Michelle and Rob did a great job putting together such an amazing recreation of the Shire as it felt like walking right into the movies. Location was easy to find, place was clean and the decor was absolutely gorgeous! Michelle was very responsive anytime i messaged or had a question. She is also very very polite and friendly. I highly recommend this place to stay and cant wait to go back again!
