Beautiful quiet spot a short walk from the beach. Really allowed us to enjoy our holiday and experience the wonder that is Knysna

We had and amazing stay with Irina at Ambiente. Irina was most helpful and responsive from the start of the process, and even nicer to meet in person. Such an amazing host. The property itself is ideally located, close to Leisure Island and the beach, but also quiet, serene and peaceful. The room was clean, immaculate, and we had no issues at all. We feel lucky to have spent Christmas at Irinas, and will most definitely visit again.

I’d go for more than 5 stars! Awesome stay! Such a cozy place that we felt like staying in three out of the four evenings we were with Mark and Liz. Mark helped us with the barbecue and was super helpful with suggestions. The place has anything one can think of. You name it! The tiniest detail: they thought about it! Highlight: Roxie, George, Bella and Sushi. Dogs and Cats. Recommend it 100%!!!

Our stay in Knysna was absolutely incredible, and this place truly made it special. Not only was the accommodation comfortable and beautifully located, but it also gave us the perfect base to explore the natural beauty of the area. We spent our days cycling and kayaking on the calm waters of the lagoon—an unforgettable way to experience Knysna’s outdoor charm. After a day full of adventure, it was pure bliss to return to such a peaceful and welcoming spot. The views were stunning, the hospitality was warm, and every moment felt like a true escape. Whether you're into outdoor activities or just want to relax and take in the scenery, this place offers the best of both worlds. Highly recommended!

Beautiful views of the lagoon right from the cottage. Amazing garden with cute animals, sweet cats, dogs, rabbits, chicken etc. Leah and JD went out of their way to make us feel at home and made sure that our 1 year old had enough toys to play with. They may even name one of the baby chicks after him! :) from here it’s easy to visit all the great places in the surroundings, such as the Knysna islands and Brenton at Sea. Thanks a lot for having us!!

Faith has created a really unique and inspiring place. Lots to stimulate the senses and fuel the imagination.

We loved the space ! Quiet area, very comfortable bed! I would just clarify that the bathroom has no door, in our case it was not a problem but it is good to know! We would definitely stay here a thousand times, there were some very delicious chocolates too, everything was super clean and tidy! I recommend this apartment

Brian was an awesome host, very friendly and quick to respond to any questions before arrival. Spacious, clean, everything you need when away from home. Most definitely worth it, will recomend this beautiful place.

It was a lovely stay at Aneryne's cottage. We loved the view from the terrace, the vibrant wildlife around us and really enjoyed all the amenities this little gem had to offer. Aneryne and her little darlings were wonderful hosts - super friendly, fun and very helpful with tips about the area. We will definitely come back if we are in the Knysna area again and would highly recommend a stay.
