Martin's place ideal for someone who want to take excursions in the forsets nearby Wien. The hause is big and clean, with nice garden. Good public transport.

One of the best places we found on Airbnb. Super spacious and cozy place, in reality, it's better than in photos and description. 10 min walk to the train to Viena, can park 2 cars if you travel by car.

All as described, a great location to get to Vienna or the surrounding area to do something there.

Barbara was a great host – always friendly, helpful and full of useful tips for the area. The location is perfect for exploring the city and the quiet neighborhood ensures relaxing evenings. I can safely recommend staying at Birgit and Heinz's house. Very nice people, offering a home in a quiet neighborhood, well-equipped and cozy, at an attractive price. Everything was as described and the check-in was seamless. There is a private parking lot and the metro station is about 8 minutes walk. There is hot water at home, contrary to the description:D I could definitely go back on my next visit to Vienna!

Everything went great. A house where you can stay without thinking. I recommend it.

We had a great time at Alena's place. So bright and with great high ceilings, and the place was really quiet at night. Of note, the sofa was really comfortable to sleep in. We walked to the centre every day, and the area has nearby restaurants and nice spots to have a drink.

We loved and enjoyed Barbara's place for our stay in Vienna! Barbara was a very kind, accommodating host who went the extra mile. The accommodation was extremely well equipped, the apartment itself beautiful, quiet and easily accessible by public transport. Everything was great!

Martin was a fantastic host! The "Press" wine restaurant next to it- is a real Viennese beisl. An ideal place to wrap up a busy day and without fancy kicking. If you are looking for the unfortunately rare atmosphere of old Simmering, Martin is the place to be. In the middle of the sometimes somewhat rough surroundings, Martin's old building guest apartment is fascinating, beautifully maintained and equipped with a great garden and something very special for visitors who want to get to know the real authentic Vienna. In addition, the transport connection is optimal. We would like to come back!

We arrived with 6 adults, a toddler and a dog. The house with its 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms offered enough space and comfort for us. Our two vehicles had a parking space at the house. The terraces and garden offer pleasant retreats and the pool was a highlight for us. In the glazed front structure to the entrance, bicycles, stroller and other accessories had enough space. There are plenty of towels and bath towels. Christian is a straightforward and helpful host and is very quick to respond to all queries.

Property is as described and had all the basics for our 5 day stay. The drive to/from the airport and Vienna city centre was easy to navigate. We had take out pizza one night and cooked at the house the others whilst enjoying Verena’s family wine. We came prepared with mosquito spray as lots came out at dusk!

Despite arriving very late, I was warmly welcomed. A very comfortable bed and nice room, completely darkened, if needed. Beautiful garden to relax and very good coffee ;) Michaela and Norbert were very nice and always up for a chat. Camillo is still very young and playful but a very friendly dog who really just wants to play. The train connection is about 500 m walk to "Wiener Neudorf," but outside the "core zone," which means that an additional ticket is necessary. The public transport runs very frequently, so the connection is perfect. Shops are also within walking distance. After an exciting day in Vienna, the accommodation was a great place to relax, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Value for money was great, I'd love to come back!
