The 42 m² accommodation consists of a living room, a well-equipped open kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to four people. Amenities include heating, Wi-Fi, and cable and satellite TV. The apartment features a private outdoor area with a south-facing balcony. Additionally, there is a shared outdoor area with a garden, barbecue, and playground.

Lajen-Ried ist eine Streusiedlung inmitten von Feldern, Wiesen und Wäldern. Die direkte Umgebung ist eine Traumkulisse für Wanderer und Radfahrer. Genießen Sie Ihren Urlaub in der Natur, beim Spazierengehen,beim Pilzesammeln oder beim Radfahren im Wald. Wir befinden uns im Herzen von Südtirol und sind sehr zentral gelegen.

Appartamento comodo ed accogliente, immerso nel verde del bellissimo parco del Talvera, con piste ciclabili e meravigliose passeggiate lungo il fiume. Proprio di fronte, troviamo il Museo d’arte moderna e contemporanea. In due minuti a piedi si raggiunge inoltre il Museo Archeologico dell’Alto Adige, dove è conservato Oetzi, l’uomo venuto dai ghiacci e siamo quindi nel cuore della città, con il suo centro storico, i suoi portici e locali caratteristici.

A newly renovated apartment in the center of Bolzano located next to a park. An ideal starting point for exploring Bolzano and the Dolomites. All restaurants, bars and public transportation are within walking distance. 8 minutes walk to the train station. The Bolzano Card is includes free public transportation and the cable car to Renon. For travelers in July and August: NO Aircondition. We provide a fan though. Best WiFi in town: 1.000 Mbps.
