Enjoy quiet days in our apartment in the middle of the green, beautiful Babelsberg. Very centrally located, bus stop right on the corner, S-Bahn [suburban train] in 7 minutes' walk, in 30 S-Bahn minutes in the middle of Berlin, or by tram directly to the center of Potsdam. Babelsberg Castle Park is within walking distance, and the interesting residential areas are just around the corner. Everything you need is within walking distance: organic bakery, Italian, ice cream parlor, supermarket, nice beer garden.

The ideal accommodation for quiet nights in the countryside and ideal transport connections can be found in the basement loft of our cosy, family villa. A fully equipped kitchenette, an open rain shower and the parking space in front of the door offer all modern comforts. The S-Bahn lines S1 and S7, which are within walking distance, have excellent transport connections to the trade fair (15min), to the city west(20min) and east (30min), to Potsdam (15min) and to all public transport day/night.

Das liebevoll eingerichtete Häuschen am Waldrand ist von einem verwunschenen Garten umgeben. Vom Wohnzimmer aus lädt eine hübsche Südterrasse zum draußen Sitzen ein. Die Küche und der Essbereich sind offen zum Wohnzimmer mit Kamin und Sofa, das sich ausziehen lässt. Im Obergeschoss befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Blick über den Garten und ein Bad mit großer Dusche. Von hier aus kann man herrliche Radtouren zum Wannsee machen, Potsdam besuchen und ist schnell mit der S-Bahn in Berlin.

Brand-new one-bedroom apartment, tastefully furnished with private terrace. Close to amenities and public transport. Ideally located between Berlin and Potsdam. Bedroom with large double bed, comfy mattress, ample wardrobe space and access to your private secluded terrace. Living room with comfy L-shaped sofa, which converts to another double bed, TV and DVD player as well as eating space to seat four. Open-plan kitchen, well equipped with fridge/freezer, hob, oven and dishwasher.

Peaceful yet central. Stahnsdorf is located on the southwestern Berlin commuter belt. Potsdam and Berlin are within easy reach. Bus 622 to Berlin runs right outside the front door (S-Bahn: Mexikoplatz /U-Bahn: Krumme Lanke). The bus stop to Potsdam is about 400 meters away. We are renting our apartment from September 2021 and would like to warmly welcome you. It is bright and friendly, clean and quietly located. You can also use the garden and terrace. The center of Kleinmachnow with good shopping opportunities (large Edeka, drugstore, pharmacy, bakery, tailor shop, bookstore, toy store, etc.) is within walking distance (approx. 500 m). For 2 guests the price increases by 17.50 € / night.

By car, the highway can be reached in a few minutes and is a perfect starting point for activities around Berlin and Potsdam. Enjoy the tranquility and greenery of the surroundings in the vacation home. Gastronomy and sights of Stahnsdorf are within walking distance. Ideal for families, business travelers, couples and long stays.

Berlin Wannsee Summer House

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming and old, not a designer tiny house. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space on the sofa bed for an extra charge. We live next door, so never an access or key problem. We are at the Wall Trail. Pets are also welcome.

Diese frisch renovierte 1,5-Zimmer-Wohnung mit Balkon liegt mitten in Potsdam-Babelsberg. Geschäfte, Cafés, Restaurants und Bars sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Vom Apartment aus erreicht man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln die Innenstadt von Potsdam in etwa 10 Minuten. Auch der S-Bahnhof Babelsberg ist in weniger als 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von dort aus besteht mit der S7 eine direkte Verbindung nach Berlin.

You are very welcome: Our newly renovated old building apartment is very quiet, safe and located in the green south of Berlin. The ICC fair and the Free University are nearby. It is a 3-minute walk to bus 118 and 10 minutes to S-Bahn 1 and 7. Parking spaces are right in front of the apartment. It is a charming old Berlin apartment that has been ecologically renovated. You feel like at home.

Bungalow, quietly located between Berlin and Potsdam

Between Berlin and Potsdam lies the small, simple bungalow cottage, right next to our house on a large property. The accommodation is simply furnished and offers a bedroom (double bed), a kitchenette (stove, sink, coffee), small bathroom (shower, toilet, sink) as well as other sleeping options on a couch (1.20 cm wide) downstairs on the first floor. The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. A private shower room as well as a spacious wardrobe are also available. Parking is available in front of the house. A dip in the Schlachtensee is within walking distance.
