This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

The balcony-apartment is located in the first floor of the multi-family house. It features a small balcony with a really lovely view over the villas of the neighbourhood. The flat is furnished to be very comfortable. One can use the facilities for locking up the bicycle on the property. Unfortunately, the garden cannot be used, as it is reserved for tenants of the house. Free parking spaces can often be used in front of the house. The apartment is ideally suited for 2 adults and 2 children.

Willkommen in unsere liebevoll und hochwertig eingerichteten ruhigen kühlen Souterrainwohnung (ca. 60 m²). Supermärkte und Bushaltestelle sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Parkplätze sind kostenlos. Die Wohnung wurde kürzlich saniert. Küche, Boden, Heizungen, Waschmaschine und Matratzen/Bett sind neu. Der offene Wohn-/Essbereich kann mit einem durchgehenden weißen Vorhang vom Schlafbereich getrennt werden. Die Wohnung ist evtl. für sehr große Menschen nicht geeignet, da die Decke etwas niedrig ist.

Die 2 wichtigsten S-Bahnlinien S1 und S7 sind in 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Es gibt ein Schlafzimmer mit Bett (1,60m x 2m) und im Wohnzimmer ein Schlafsofa.

Just a small note, a large friendly dog ​​lives on the property.

Wer es ruhig und naturnah mag und doch die Städte Berlin & Potsdam um die Ecke haben möchte ist genau richtig. Es gibt ein eigenen Eingang, Terrasse und Garten. Wohnzimmer mit Küche und ein Doppelbett. Oben das Schlafzimmer mit ein Einzelbett sowie ein Kingsize Bett. Wir wohnen nebenan, kein Schlüsselproblem, Auch der Ankunftszeit ist egal. Wir sind nah am Bhf. Griebnitzsee und Wannsee. Parken frei, auch Lkw. Haustiere willkommen.

Die Unterkunft ist einfach eingerichtet und bietet einen Schlafraum (Doppelbett), eine Küchenzeile (Herd, Spüle, Kaffee), kleines Bad (Dusche, WC, Waschbecken) sowie weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten auf einer Couch (1,20cm breit) unten im EG.
