Villa Sunshine

The house is in a very quiet dream location in the orchards of the Adige Valley. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is 120 square meters and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Bolzano is 10 minutes away, Merano 20 minutes and the ski or hiking areas of the Dolomites 40 minutes away. There are bike paths around the corner and hiking in front of the house. Guests have 2 parking spaces available in the closed courtyard. Each additional one will be charged €10/day

Our farm is located at 1175 m above sea level, a 15-minute walk above the South Tyrolean sun village of Lajen. Meadows and forest surround our house. You can consciously experience nature again, listen to the birdsong and breathe the clean air. Our organic farm is characterized by animal welfare. In the sunny village of Lajen, only 500 m from our farm, you will find 2 churches, 3 inns, 1 pizzeria, 2 shops, 1 baker, 1 butcher, 1 pharmacy, 1 bank.

The Mirror Houses are a pair of vacation homes, set in the marvellous surroundings of the South Tyrolean Dolomites, amidst a beautiful scenery of apple orchards, just outside the city of Bolzano. Spacious, newly renovated apartment on the last floor of a fin-de-siècle villa. Build in 1907, Villa "Sonnblick" (engl.: sunny view) is one of the most beautiful buildings on Mount Zeno. The mansion offers a south-side balcony and an impressive panoramic view across Merano and the Valle d'adige. Despite the Villa being located on the hill, it takes only 15 minutes by foot to get to the center of Merano.

Schnelles Wlan (Glasfaser) und Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Haustiere sind aus Rücksicht auf unsere nächsten Gäste nur nach Absprache erlaubt.

In the mill

Our small romantic mill room is surrounded by gardens, apple meadows and vineyards. The mill is located on our farm, right next to a small stream - relaxation in the middle of the countryside. When the nights get cooler again from October, you can also warm up in our cozy farmhouse by the tiled stove before you crawl under the cozy blanket in the mill.
