Spacious and newly renovated 19th century beachfront villa perfect for families. Personality and charm blends together in this home situated in an ideal location just outside the bustling streets of Copenhagen right next to the ocean and the large royal forestry park, Dyrehaven. Enjoy the house, the garden and not least the beautiful Øresund strait, the picturesque village of Taarbæk and the family friendly beaches all within walking distance. This truly is a place to enjoy and relax.

Egen gästdel på vackra ön Hven.

I vårt hus, västra skolan på ön Hven, finns en separat nyrenoverad gästdel som vi gärna hyr ut till dig. Gästdelen har egen låsbar entré och egen uteplats. Den är ca 20 kvm och består av ett rum med våningssäng 120*90 cm och pentry. Toalett med handfat och separat duschrum med bastu. Huset ligger centralt på ön i Tuna by, nära affären och flera av öns krogar men ändå i ett lugnt och lite avsides läge med öppna fält framför uteplatsen. Nyd livet på agterdækket, og hyggen om aftenen i salonen. Der er mulighed for at opvarme båden hvis det bliver køligt om aftenen. Der kan ikke varmes mad ombord. Der er køleskab, elkedel, Nespresso maskine og service. Håndklæder, viskestykker og sengetøj ligger klar ved ankomst. Der er kaffekapsler, toiletpapir og håndsæbe.

You will feel at home in my modern 100 sq. apartment located just 14 min. north of Copenhagen, close to beaches and woods in one of the most attractive areas in Denmark. My apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and washing machine, living room with cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen and dining room combined. My lovely, spacious balcony is placed on the sunny side with view to a small garden. The apartment is perfect for families or couples. Pets are allowed.
