Great place just outside of the old city center of Klagenfurt. Would recommend!

Accommodation clean, nice, fully equipped. Great communication. Great location, right in the center, so the street is noisy in the evening, but the accessibility to the city is great. Opposite Spar, 2 minutes away from the bus stop and 10 minutes from the main train station. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning, which is not ideal in the summer. Nevertheless, we recommend and would definitely choose the accommodation again.

It is a great flat, and Nicholas was an amazing host. I have stayed for almost 2 months. There is a lot of light in the flat and at the same time this is not a sunny side, which in particular perfect for the summer, and even if it is over 30 outside for a week in a row, one can still live and work there without air conditioning. The table is very comfortable, and one can work there very well (I am a scientist and this was important for me). The bed is very good. The communication with the host was great - I could obtain the keys from the postbox and all the documents needed for the registration at the registration office very soon. That was a great stay!
