Beautiful, well-kept, spacious and well-equipped apartment with large covered terrace overlooking the large garden, the promenade and the lake. In high summer pleasantly cool, as the lower ground floor. It doesn't even take a minute to the beach from the adjacent Hotel Birkenhof, which I was able to use for free. It's just a few minutes walk to the center, where there are some very good restaurants. Would book again anytime!

Accommodation was as described, especially the private lake access we liked (the shore is almost continuous in private hands) and in the evening we had the sun on the spacious balcony. Tasteful and practical.

Thank you Helmut and team for a wonderful week on the Faakersee. We had a truly restful week in beautiful surroundings. The house was perfect for us and your warmth and hospitality were greatly appreciated. This was our best AirBnB to date.

We had a pleasant stay with two small children at the lake. The lake view is stunning! Very nice hosting. pool, sauna, games... a little extra to have a good time. We would highly recommend!

Michael is a super responsive and helpful host, the accommodation fully reflected the description and the lake view was superb, I think we'll be back. Also for those who love skiing it is very close to the cable car and a 5-minute walk there is a skating rink and a nature reserve for those who love bird watching with beautiful specimens. The only suggestion I would like to give to Michael is about the bedroom doors that are made of transparent glass and are not the best for privacy, maybe a nice shutter could help. Anyway, thanks for everything and see you soon.

Felix is rightly named Superhost! He picked us up from the train station, showed us everything in the pretty apartment (location phenomenal!) and also lent my husband his board. On the day of departure, Felix informed us about the rail replacement traffic... it couldn't be better! And the lake on the doorstep is a dream!!! Thank you!

The apartment fully corresponds to the photos in the listing, it is located on the 3rd floor and grants a superb view of the lake from a side balcony, which can be reached in 2 minutes from the apartment. The arrival was hassle-free and the reception staff very accommodating. The pool and the sun loungers on the jetty can also be used. Overall a great stay, the contact with Eberhard was uncomplicated, he responds immediately to questions

Christoph and his mother were very friendly and very responsive. The apartment was extremely clean, corresponded to the pictures and is located in an outbuilding. It was very quiet and we could be completely for us. The sauna is in the main building and was not used by us. The washing machine is not in the apartment. We were able to drop off the laundry and got you back washed. Very good restaurants and a supermarket were within walking distance. Parking spaces were more than sufficiently available on the property. The entire property and the private estate is very well maintained. We felt very comfortable. The train station is also a few minutes away on foot. With the Wörthersee Pluscard, we were able to take the S-Bahn for free. We were happy to use this opportunity to drive to Klagenfurt and Velden and we were able to leave the car. Conclusion: Highly recommended, we will be happy to book this apartment again.

The bathhouse is awesome! Unfortunately, we had rather bad weather, which of course made the sauna and the hot pot all the more beautiful! When you're sitting in hot water and it's raining lightly and cooling from above, actually perfect. The frog concert at the swimming lake was unique. If you can't sleep in the light, you definitely need a sleep mask, but the view from bed is great. Technically, the house is equipped with a JBL box and Alexa for music. Well thought-out concept, you can tell that a lot of work has been put into it.

The place was truly a kind of thing! Completely quiet and wonderfully located right on the water. Thank you very much for the uncomplicated handling from check-in to departure.

I wish I could give six stars…one of the best places I have ever stayed in. It FAR exceeded my expectations and hopes for how good it would be. The restaurants were first class, having the ferry stop right outside was huge and just everything was perfect…thank you!!!!!!

We were very satisfied with our stay and enjoyed the time to the fullest. The location right on the lake has made the stay special. The place was clean, well-maintained, and Stephanie was easily accessible when we had questions.
