Bei der Gestaltung des Chill Home war es unser Hauptziel, einen kleinen Rückzugsort zu schaffen, der echte Entspannung ermöglicht – gemütlich und heimelig. Trotz seiner Größe von nur 27 m² enthält er alles, was für einen kurzen oder auch längeren Aufenthalt notwendig ist. Wir hoffen, dass unsere Gäste das Chill Zone-Gefühl erleben werden! Jeder unserer Gäste erhält einen kostenlosen privaten Parkplatz, und die Wohnung ist zudem mit Internetzugang und einem kostenlosen Netflix-Konto ausgestattet.

Das kleine Ferienhäuschen befindet sich am Fuße des Singerbergs (Wanderung ca. 1 h) im kleinem Bergdorf Windisch Bleiberg mitten in den Karawanken auf 900 Höhenmetern. Das Haus liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage und doch mitten im Alpe-Adria Raum. 1,5 Stunden Autofahrt zur slowenischen Küste Istrien, 50 Minuten zur Hauptstadt Sloweniens, Ljubljana und nicht zu vergessen die vielen Kärntner Seen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das Häuschen ist nur für 2 Personen ausgestattet und max. 1 Haustier (!keine Kinder)

Von hier aus kann vom Einkauf über den Besuch von Kaffeehäusern und Restaurants bis zum Baden alles zu Fuß unternommen werden.

This beautiful country house style villa is located only 5 minutes by car to Klagenfurt am Wörthersee. Many Carinthian sights, mountains and lakes can be reached in a short time. The house itself is in an absolutely quiet location directly by the forest and is ideal for relaxing and unwinding. From mid-September, there will be a 4 bedroom, then up to 9 people can stay in this house.

My accommodation is close to Klagenfurt (8 km) and Lake Wörthersee (5 km). It is located directly on the Rauschelesee, a small warm swimming lake in the landscape reserve. Klagenfurt Airport is about 14 km away. The bus stop is very close. You will love my place if you are looking for the original, close to nature, love to live by the water and enjoy meeting cosmopolitan people.
