Welcome to my grandparents' townhouse in 1944! The house impresses with many handmade details reminiscent of the craftsmanship of the 1950s. This 1944 he tells the story of a sculptor and carpenter dynasty. 15 minutes walk to the center of Klagenfurt and 8 minutes drive to the beautiful Wörthersee. The apartment is equipped with oiled oak floors and doors in the old Viennese style. The property is separated so safe for children. 2 dogs live on the ground floor

The felt studio on stilts offers a spacious bedroom/living space to the west as well as a bathroom with bathtub. Highlight is a wood-fired extra stove . The single bed can be extended to a comfortable double bed (160 cm) There is also a small cooking facility and a fridge. A sink is not provided and the dishes can be done in the bathroom.
