Our 2 bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom, kitchen, spacius living room with couch and dining table, A/C, and spacius patio is located just around 100 meters from Lake Bled (swimming area). It's located in very peaceful area. It has it's own entrance and is located in our house (so we're always nearby to help). We're a family of 5 and will be happy to host you. Sustainability: We produce more energy than we use. Tourism tax (3,13 for adults per day, 1,56 for children above 7) is not included.

The apartment (102 sqm) is located just next to the lake Bled. It is a quiet residential area, 10 minutes walk from downtown. The apartment offers fully equipped kitchen, living room, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and a beautiful terrace (lake view). There is also free WiFi. Suitable for 4 guests + 1 or 2 optional (with extra charge). There are two restaurants near-by and a grocery shop next door. Lake beach is just across the street and traditional boat (Pletna) station a few meters away.

Unsere drei Wohnungen eignen sich ausgezeichnet als zentraler Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in den Karawanken oder Radtouren am Drauradweg. Zum Spazieren, Flanieren, Wohlfühlen und Entspannen erreicht man in max. 30 Min. alle bekannten Orte am Wörthersee wie zB Velden, Reifnitz, Pyramidenkogel etc.

Room 47 offers you private 1st floor of the house. There are 3 double bedrooms, private bathroom and big balcony with sunbeds and amazing mountain view. You are the only guest in the house. In the garden behind the house is an equipped summer kitchen ( toaster, microwave, electric stove and wodden BBQ grill ). There is also a lovely summer garden for use. The Room 47 is suitable for family, solo travellers or couples. (6max). Tourist tax is not included in the price.

This beautiful 35 m² penthouse apartment with 20 m² roof terrace overlooks the beautiful turquoise Wörthersee and the Pyramidenkogel directly opposite. The lake can be reached in 4 minutes on foot. Free lake access and a swimming area with jetty are about 7 minutes' walk away. There is a train connection to Klagenfurt and Villach. Pritschitz train station can be reached in a 7-minute walk. Shops serving everyday needs are also a 7-minute walk away.
