Beautiful house located in the heart of Bymarka. High standard. Fantastic rural location, but you drive to Trondheim city center in 15 minutes. You need a car to get here, but in return you live in the middle of the hiking terrain with unique opportunities both in summer and winter. The home is used by the host as a holiday home when it is not rented out. Bed linen and towels are included. The 5th bed is in the living room. If you want to live in a rural area, but at the same time close to the city, this is something for you. It's not a party place. Animals are welcome.

House in Singsaker, Trondheim

Central detached house with normal standard in a nice neighborhood. There are four bedrooms in the house, two bathrooms with toilet and shower. There is also a laundry room with an extra shower and an extra guest toilet at the entrance. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, and two bedrooms have two single beds in each room. There is parking for two to three cars with one electric car charger available. The house is best suited for families or groups. We usually live here ourselves, so private items are present. We have a dog visiting a few days per month.

On the veranda, you will also find an outdoor hot tub that can be used for an additional fee of NOK 800 for the entire stay. Ideal for families, groups of friends, or colleagues looking for a comfortable stay with plenty of space.

In the summer, there are long, bright nights, and in the winter, you may be lucky enough to see the northern lights. Access to the sea. Short distance to the center of Trondheim (approx. 20 minutes by car to Ila). It is a great advantage to have a car. Few bus departures. The house has 6 beds (double beds) divided among three rooms.

Come and enjoy the peace at Ler. The whole house will be yours during your stay. We have three good bedrooms, with the possibility of a double bed in all rooms. There are also sprinkler beds in two of the rooms. We also have three mattresses that can also be added to accommodate a maximum of 9 people plus two small children. The house is a short drive or train ride from Trondheim, and the famous salmon river Gaula is very close. There is space to park several cars, as well as an installed EV charging station in the garage.

Quietly located cottage on a hill with breathtaking views over the Trondheimfjord. Ideal sun conditions from morning to evening – perfect for relaxation in the middle of nature. From the front door, you can access the hiking trail to Bjørnbettet (310 m) or Litlheia (357 m) & many more. The fjord can be reached after about 1.5 km.
