Perfect Location! Near beach, Parking & quiet private suite and small garden. Walk down the hill to a quiet calm beach or walk 5/10 minutes to lively Kits beach and Yew St coffee shops, restaurants, take out and Street cafes. 10 minute walk to W. 4th Ave with Italian, French, Mexican, Middle Eastern restaurants, retail stores, groceries & pubs/bars. Downtown, UBC 15- 20 minutes by bus! The bus is 1 block away and (cleaning with antibacterial/disinfectants for your safety.) One largish room.

It is a 3-minute walk to Starbucks, Safeway, Choices Market and various restaurants. The 99 and 2 bus routes offer easy 15-minute transport to the downtown core and UBC campus. There is a separate entrance for the suite and the space comes equipped with all new furnishings such as washer & dryer, cable TV, radiant floor heating and appliances.

Licence # 25-156584. A short bike up from the famous Kitsilano beach, this new and spacious 1 bedroom suite is perfect for city explorers. Suite has private entrance and completely separated from the rest of the house. A/C in the bedroom. Super quiet house and neighborhood. Walking distance to W.Broadway shops, cafes, restaurants and a lot more! Special note: Hosts highly allergic to animal hair, so please check with host regarding bringing along service animals before booking.

Double bed in bedroom and a pull out couch queen bed in LR. In suite laundry. Within 2 blocks: 2 grocery, bakeries, sushi, coffee, 1 liquor store, 1 bar & one of Vancouver’s best Italian restaurants. 40min to airport by transit or 20min by taxi. UBC is a 5 min drive. 5 min walk to the 4 and 84 bus stop.

Beachfront Basement with Hot Tub and Steam Room

This is a well laid out basement suite that is located right on the ocean as you step out the door. We are minutes from UBC and shops on 4th Avenue. We have one private bedroom,living room and kitchenette with bar frig, sink, microwave, coffee-maker, induction hot plate and toaster oven. We have lots of closet space, and a large bathroom with a steam room. You will also have access to our hot tub with a beautiful view of the ocean during summer months.

Unbelievable views of water, city and mountains! It is a great waterfront retreat, in a gorgeous location, walking distance to Granville Island, Olympic Village and Broadway. Steps to bike and running trail (a.k.a the seawall). One underground parking space is included. (Max Height 6’8’’ but nearby parking if your vehicle is higher than standard) We live in the adjacent room and upstairs, and available to help you with any questions or local tips.
