Quiet upscale neighbourhood, minutes to Downtown, UBC, PointGrey & Kerrisdale area, walk to Jericho & Locarno beach, 3 blocks to the water, full view of the Northshore mountains and water. Great stores and shopping at 4th Avenue, a short walk from our home. Funky restaurants, cafe's on 4th. Enjoy a beautiful, vibrant garden of stunning bright dahlias in the summer months. A must!

Quiet, relaxing space in Kits Point

We are located in beautiful Kits Point just a few blocks to the beach and many wonderful restaurants and coffee shops. Enjoy a leisurely stroll to Granville Island or hop on an aqua bus to take you to the West End. A nice half hour to 45 walk from our home will take you downtown. The bus stop is a convenient 5 minute walk. ALTHOUGH THE SUITE DOES NOT HAVE A KITCHEN it has a bar fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee pot and kettle as well as dishes and utensils. Unsuitable for children under 5.
