it's a beautiful place big rooms comfortable beds comfortable furniture big balcony very beautiful the outside makes you feel like a vacation right on the water private beach. I highly recommend you in this place. and friendly workers. they take care of you till the last minute your there .

Great location, beautiful spot, and perfect amenities. You can see the pool from all of the rooms, and the beach from many of them. The beach is literally a stone’s throw away. The staff are amazing and helpful with anything that you need. Oh and there is private security who walks the property, so you feel extra safe. I will definitely be returning.

I had a great time there mainly because of the employees. They were always kind and helpful! I Will go back for sure!

François place at Agualina Kitebeach Hotel was wonderful. The room had an ocean view as described, a small restaurant right on the beach, with very good freshly made Mojitos. It was clean, peaceful and very well kept facility. My kids and I loved it. We also really enjoyed watching all the Kite surfers. Highly recommend. Will definitely return.

Love the stay, perfect place for a gateway weekend

Jody's place was amazing. everyone at the property is super helpful and if there was an issue we had someone come out and fix it straight away. Restaurants had nice food, direct access to the beach and pool was amazing. us and the kids loved it. It is at the main road so just a bit noisy at times but it didn't bother the kids or us. Would stay again!

It was our first time using Airbnb to stay and the experience was great! Just what we were looking for, a relaxed and beautiful place. We loved their little paradise and hopefully we can come back again soon. Breakfast is delicious and it was very easy to communicate with our hosts.

The property is located within mere minutes walking from the beach and minutes by car to 2 surrounding towns. The host is friendly and assuring to welcome hosts in a superbly managed environment. Best value in El Encuentro.

I would highly recommend Palma Cana to anyone who has plans to stay in Sosua! It is just a perfect combination of factors that makes this place unique: 1. Perfect location as you are very close (literally 15-20 minutes by foot) to Sosua beach and all the night life venues but at the same time far enough from the hustle & bustle those places create (loud music etc.); 2. Very friendly and caring host! I just can't say enough compliments to Radich who put maximum efforts to make my stay in Sosua pleasant; 3. Overall cleanliness of the place. i mean it is spotless clean. I guess that cleaning team makes very good job to mantain such level of cleanliness in tropical climate; 4. The amenities (TV, airconditioning, shower, water heater, matress etc.) are of high quality and in fully functional mode. I would separately mention the swimming pool that is large enough to make dips. So all in all Palma Cana is definitely my go-to place in Sosua! 10 out of 10 points!

Quiet place, no noise from the street, only from the waves of the sea.

I'ts my second time staying here, and i love it al lot. The room was very clean and very comfortable. I would defetenly stay here again.

Excellent guest house, close to the beach and cabarete center

A bit challenging to get your car out of the parking lot but everything else was great. AC, TV, hit water and whatever you need in the kitchen. I had a good time and would definitely stay again. Just need to clean the sofa. I didn't have a chance to use the pool. There is also a small bar by entrance which is convenient if including a supermarket across the street.
