Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Kitasaku District

The biggest attraction here is the view of the Southern Alps at the end of the wooden deck surrounded by white birch.There is no house in front of you, and there is a view that no one cares about. There is an authentic American grill, so the barbecue at night was the best.I did yoga in the morning. The fixtures and decor in the room are not luxurious, but I liked them because of the taste. The sauna is large and feels good.It was nice to have a sauna hat and bathrobe.You can also do a self-service.However, the temperature may not be enough for those looking for a hot sauna. I wanted a hanger to hang my clothes in the bedroom.Other fixtures were generally provided where I wanted them to be. There are Japanese restaurants and ethnic restaurants within walking distance.I recommend the Gogokichi Shokudo at an ethnic restaurant.No matter what you eat, it's delicious.And cheap.

We had a fun holiday in the forest. It was raining quite heavily, but there was a tarp tent and we were able to enjoy a BBQ.

The exterior and the villa were very clean, beautiful, and lovely! It was very kind and helpful even when I needed help. The snow in winter is also beautiful, but it seems to be cool in the summer, so I definitely want to go again! It was the most satisfying thing so far, so please try it!

We absolutely loved our stay in Matsaya’s apartment. Even before check in, she was extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotless, spacious and beautifully decorated and had ample room for our family of 4. There was great separation of areas so we make coffee and chat without waking up other family members. Beds were comfortable and could easily fit a family with 3 or even 4 children. The area was surrounded by cafes, restaurants (Maysaya recommended some wonderful places to eat) and a quick walk to a large, modern shopping centre. It was a two minute walk to Matsumoto Castle and a beautiful place to take an after dinner walk and watch the sun set on the imposing castle with mountains in the background. One of our favourite activities in Japan was taking the local train to Narai-Juku - a stunning, old town that we found more beautiful, historic and peaceful than more famous places like Kyoto. The house was beautiful - we loved the design and the wonderful homely touches. Everything was very thoughtfully curated from the charcoal BBQ to the fairy lights welcoming us on arrival. Everything was spotless and we really appreciated that the house was dog friendly and our pup had a lovely time playing outside. Tsumagoi itself is quiet so one must be prepared to be a bit removed and to simply enjoy all the glorious nature. It was a good option to explore Karuizawa and Kusatsu onsen for anyone who’s willing to drive some stunning country roads.

It was a beautiful, spacious, and very fulfilling stay. I didn't expect it, but I was blessed with the weather and I was able to see a very beautiful starry sky.I thought I'd come back just to see the stars!

I cannot speak highly enough of this property. It is perfect. 😍 The location is on the river and walkable to everything you would want to see, do, and eat. The space is spacious, beautiful, and well appointed. I loved the outdoor hot tub! Plus, having east parking is a huge plus. And the hosts are kind, helpful, and responsive. If you go to Matsumoto, book this space.

I used it for a family anniversary.The response to messages was very quick, and the polite service gave me peace of mind during my stay. The view from the room was also wonderful because it was all glass, and we had a special time in a special atmosphere. I had the impression that the lights in the room were a little dark overall, but even then, the host was very attentive and immediately suggested using a standing light. When you get home, "I'll take a family photo."And, thanks to your suggestions, I was able to take some memorable photos. I appreciate the very hospitable service. Thank you very much.

It was the best stay I've had so far. It said to contact them in advance for the check-in time, so I contacted them after noon on the day. When I arrived on time, they welcomed me while shoveling snow, and they also helped me carry my luggage. The interior was very clean. There was plenty of dishes and cooking appliances, and there was no inconvenience in cooking. (There were no seasonings provided.) There were also three toilets and washrooms, so there was no problem staying with 10 people. I didn't use the washing machine, but there was a very large washing machine. It was Kusatsu Onsen in the middle of winter, but there was air conditioning and floor heating, so I didn't feel cold indoors at all. Bathing was decided at the bathing time as described, but I think it was necessary from a safety point of view. There are 3 showers, and the bathtub is large enough for 3 adults to stretch out. It was great with a clean and well-kept hot spring. There was also a heater, and the water didn't get cold. The location was about a 5-minute walk to a convenience store, a 5-minute drive to a supermarket, and about a 10-minute walk to Yubatake. There are many slopes and the roads are not cleared of snow, so if you are not used to it, you need to be careful when visiting in winter, but I think the location is perfect. After checking out, they kept our luggage so we could enjoy Kusatsu Onsen to our heart's content. I highly recommend this place to stay for those considering visiting Kusatsu.

A very beautiful and unique find in AirBnb. Lovely traditional Japanese home in a gated area in KitaKaruizawa. Pictures and descriptions are accurate. Quiet and peaceful location. Not too far from Karuizawa town. Would need a car to get around. What stood out in the house was the private onsen. Never found a property like this before. Would return just for that! Some comments (NOT criticisms!) : The only shower area is part of the onsen like an actual public onsen. There are no showers attached to any of the toilets. This might be an issue for some. But this was not a problem for my family. The onsen water temperature was not very hot compared to most public onsens that I have visited all over Japan. Again this was not an issue for us and we thoroughly enjoyed the private onsen. Just a comment. Overall I would highly recommend this property to anyone who enjoys a quiet peaceful setting and a lovely Japanese style house. Host was also responsive and helpful. Thank you.

We did a last minute booking for the place and it was the best choice. So peaceful & beautiful area to walk around. The sauna was a nice feat especially when it’s cold outside. Fire place was also another nice feature of the house too.

The room was clean and well cleaned, and it was comfortable.The flowing hot spring is also great, and I'd love to stay again.

Three generations of 10 people used it. There was a convenience store and risonale just a short walk away, and the location was great. The kids want to stay again when they come to Yatsugatake, and I'd love to stay again.

Good experience and cozy place

The owner was very friendly, quick to answer questions, and the hot spring was very pleasant!In the hot spring, many kinds of homemade ice cream were eaten at an exceptional price of 200 yen, and the children and adults were delighted to enjoy it!Mango and Darjeeling were also delicious with adult flavors. I stayed in late September, but long sleeves are required at night.(It goes down to 14 degrees) But in the morning when the sun shines, it was a short sleeve climate. The toilet and water on the site were very clean!I regret that I should have brought fireworks with me!You may also want to have a battery charger.(It seems to be coming in the future, but at this time, there was no electricity in the lodge.)But we were happy to charge our phones at the reception, and we were very grateful for the camping beginners and with our children.We'd love to stay again if we get the chance!! The water in the nearby river was very cold and negative ions bathed!(There is no road, so be sure to use sports shoes) The stars and moon at night were very beautiful!I had a really good experience.Thank you (^ ^)

It would be great if the BBQ grill can be used free of charge (include in the price). Great host, friendly and fast response. Recommended for foreigners.
