Monthly Rentals in Kita City

I stayed here for a month on a solo trip to Tokyo and had a great stay. The apartment was a good size for me and had everything I needed for a longer stay. It's in a great location about 15 minutes walk to Komagome JR station which is on the Yamanote line so you can get wherever you need to go. There's a small supermarket next to the apartment and a great laundromat 2 minutes away so very convenient. Ana is a great host and gave some good suggestions of things to do while in Tokyo. I asked her about getting a lamp for the apartment, because the overhead light was too bright on a night, and she immediately ordered one to be delivered to the flat which made a big difference. I'd definitely stay here again and am sad to leave!

We had a great stay! It was out of the way enough to be quiet and peaceful, but it was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go. There was plenty of space, we loved it.

This was such a wonderful two week stay. I can’t say enough good things about it. A great host in a nice apartment in a wonderful neighborhood close to Ohio station which is so convenient for getting anywhere in Tokyo. I cooked meals there, took nice hot showers and slept in the comfortable bed. Tayuya was a wonderful very responsive and helpful host. I would strongly recommend this place to anyone spending a little or a lot of time in Tokyo. The only thing to note is the building is on a corner which gets a decent amount of vehicles like scooters and these can be heard until late evening. Not too bad though unless a very light sleeper. Located in a quiet neighbourhood not too far from the station, this place was very well equipped and somewhere I would want to stay for long periods. Seeing other reviews about the noise issue as it is right next to the train tracks, but is not a problem for a tourist like me who went out early and came back late. Only personal issue was trouble lifting my big suitcase up the tiny stairs to the third floor, so be aware if you consider your luggage. Definitely would want to come back here if I get the chance!
