It is a very convenient location, 1 minute walk from Itabashi Station (actually 30 seconds on foot) and in front of the station. It is one stop to Ikebukuro if you take the JR Saikyo Line from Itabashi Station. There are also two stations to Shinjuku and three stations to Shibuya, so you don't need to transfer. It is also 5 minutes from Shin-Itabashi Station. The room is 103 square meters in size and is divided into a living and dining room and 4 bedrooms. In addition, the 9th and 10th floors (top floor) have elevators, and the 9th and 10th floors are connected by an indoor staircase, so you can go between the 9th and 10th floors without going outside. It is a very spacious and open layout. There is a lot of storage (all bedrooms have a closet for clothes).
