House vacation rentals in Kita City

We enjoyed various sports in the large artificial grass garden and had a very good stay.

It was a very clean and lovely place, partly because it had just opened.I felt that each part of the house, from the design to the furniture and appliances, was well thought out, and it was easy to use.There was a table by the pool, and it was great to be able to eat together.The host's response was quick and kind, and it was helpful.There is a charge for early check-in and late check-out, but they were flexible.This stay was a wonderful experience.Thank you very much.

I used it at a sports tournament.Unfortunately it was raining, but I enjoyed the humorous illustrations and rested slowly.The neighborhood is surrounded by nature, and I would like to stay again on a sunny day.

Great environment, convenient transportation, very hygienic room, very welcoming host, feels great during your stay, strongly recommend it to everyone, if you go to Japan, you will continue to choose this home, worthy of everyone's choice!

Our group of 7 fit comfortably and felt right at home. Shopping, food, and train stations were a close walk. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. I cannot recommend this home or our host enough.

Great stay! Host was very responsive and helpful. We had an issue with the dryer and the wifi and they were very responsive to help us resolve the issues. Train station was about a 5-7 minute walk from the listing so that was very convenient. Overall, great stay. Would recommend for a group of 6 or less, especially if there are couples to share beds.

Our best stay in Tokyo so far!! Great 3 stoey house 10 min away from the train station. plenty of room for my family and i and our teenager loved having his own room on the bottom floor. Host was very responsive and accomodating. We liked it so much we booked it for a second week!. Highly recommended

Easy to access right off of the main subway line

The place is around 10 minute walk to Oji Station. The host is very helpful and very responsive. The house is clean, and spacious enough for us. Also the laundry machine is a big help! ☺️

The host and co-hosts of this Airbnb are very kind and responsive. The house is clean, and the location is nice, plus there is a supermarket nearby. They are very accommodating and friendly. Also, they granted our requests from the first day up until the last day. Overall, it really deserved a 5-star rating! Thank you again!

Awesome place, stayed here with my wife and 7-month old baby daughter for 16 days. For this amount of time we wanted a larger place and for us the slightly longer commute to the main attractions of Tokyo was worth it. Ryota provided us with a playpen, a high chair and a baby bouncer which were all very useful. The bathroom has a full size tub which made it very easy to give our baby a bath. The upstairs tatami room was where we slept and was very nice with the skylight. There is also a room on the ground floor with a western style bed. There is a washing machine and equipment to hang dry clothes. There also a nearby coin laundry with drying machines. Kita-Akabane JR station is a 10-minute easy walk. Very close by is a large grocery store which we went to often as the kitchen is well equipped and easy to use. Overall a great stay if you are looking for a spacious place in Tokyo. It is a quiet, residential neighbourhood and it really feels like you are staying in a home.

The place was inside a quiet neighborhood so we had a very peaceful stay. It’s very convenient since we are near convenience stores and groceries as well as train stations. The Motohasunuma station is about 5 minutes away, very accessible.

Charming traditional style apartment, we absolutely loved our stay and were sad to leave, we will absolutely book again if back in Tokyo. Beautiful and quiet neighbourhood. Tetsuro was extremely friendly and helpful, cannot recommend his home and his hospitality more! Tatami mats were very comfortable and very short walk to Itabashi train station which connects to all the JR lines. 10/10

Our family of four enjoyed our stay at Lee’s place. We had plenty of space. It was located very close to the street car station and within a 10-15 minute walk of the train station. We enjoyed being in a more residential area of Tokyo and enjoyed seeing what we could from the rooftop. The beds were comfortable. Would recommend to those looking to stay outside the super touristy part of Tokyo.

The host is very welcoming and responds promptly to questions, the railway theme is very unique, very wonderful.

Ro, the Host, and his team are really super friendly and considerate ~ They respond quickly and carefully🫶 The house is very clean and tidy, fully equipped, and very comfortable to stay in, especially the bed, 1 toilet upstairs and downstairs, convenient! The surrounding area is also very convenient, there are supermarkets and 7-11 convenience stores near Banqiao Hontown Station, and the house is very close to the subway station, which is very convenient. This stay was really great due to personal time arrangements, although it was a short stay, I will definitely stay here again next time I come to Tokyo!Highly recommend for everyone ~

Conveniently located, 5min out of JR, 2nin is 7-Eleven nearby. The room, the bed are enough for a maximum of 13 people, however there are only two toilets, only two in the bath room, if staying for 13 people to take a row to wash the toilet. While there are noise restrictions, there is actually nothing wrong with normal chats as long as you don't have a party. Overall, I would stay again if it's a family trip or a friend.

Tatsuki is an excellent host! He was incredibly responsive and always available to help with any questions or concerns we had. From the moment we booked, he stayed in touch, regularly checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly during our stay. His communication made us feel welcomed and well taken care of. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, which made for a relaxing and comfortable experience. The place itself was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Tatsuki’s place to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free visit.
