This was the first time we had stayed in a camping pod and we weren't disappointed. The elite pod was very clean and comfortable. It was situated in a quiet area of the site. Having an ensuite toilet and shower was great. Situated on the outskirts of King's Lynn it is in a good location to explore the coast at Heacham and Hunstanton. We hope to stay again.

Debbie is a wonderful, kind and communicative host. We were welcomed with a smile and she talked to us about all the wonderful surroundings such as the pub and nature reserve just down the road. The lodge itself was clean and well presented and the hot tub was absolutely enormous! I’d absolutely recommend the Lincoln Retreat for a getaway and we will certainly be back again soon! Me and my family fell in love with this place and the hosts where so fantastic they made us feel welcome and even gave gifts for the kids , also the breakfast platter they included was a lovely surprise and so delicious and scrumptious,the place was so clean and comfortable loved the indoor jacuzzi didn’t want to leave. Best place we have stayed in while in Skegness, can’t wait to go back and stay longer . Extremely accommodating and thoughtful, truly one of the best airbnbs iv been to. Great price range, free parking, simple instructions. The place has covered all bases. Guidebooks and help, simple and idiot proofed. Entry and staying was seamless. Very impressed Paul, 100% id recommend. Positive vibes, clear labels, good water pressure in the shower and homely place. I was visiting family and truly I will come and stay again if Paul will have me!

A beautiful large cottage with real privacy. Host Amber was very good and proactive with her communication. The kitchen was our favourite space. A real social hub for the house. Very well stocked with quality glasses and crockery, plus plenty of cutlery. All high quality. The bedrooms were all beautiful and the house was cleaned well. Parking is ample for 3-4 cars if needed. Highly recommend.
