Modern Riverside Home | 2 min walk to train stn

Welcome to our home on a stream in Turbenthal. The house was built in 2017 and is very modern. There is a communal playground and children are very welcome. There are three free parking spots. The house overlooks a beautiful stream and there are beautiful walks, hikes and cycling straight from the house. Migros and Coop supermarkets are walking distance. The house is under 5 mins walk from the train station, Zurich is 47 mins by train and Winterthur 25 mins away. Trains are every 30 mins.

Wir vermieten eine sehr schöne, neu möblierte und gemütliche 30m2-Wohnung mit separatem Schlafzimmer. Im offenen Wohnzimmer mit Küche und Essplatz hat es ein grosses Bettsofa. Die Wohnung hat einen separaten Wohnungseingang und befindet sich im Erdgeschoss (keine Stufen), der gratis Parkplatz ist direkt neben der Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt mitten im Dorf und ist einfach zu finden. Nur drei Minuten zur Bushaltestelle, 40 Minuten nach Zürich. Wir, die Gastgeberfamilie, wohnen im Obergeschoss.

Bitte beachtet, dass das Haus nur vegetarisch benutzt werden kann. Im 1. Stock befinden sich 3 Schlafzimmer, wobei ein Schlafzimmer ein Durchgangszimmer für das dahinterliegende Schlafzimmer ist. Das Holzhaus ist gemütlich mit Holzmöbeln eingerichtet und verfügt über alles, was es für einen schönen Aufenthalt braucht. Spiele für alle Alter vorhanden.

Auf Wunsch stellen wir gegen einen Aufpreis von Fr. 13.- pro Person ein Frühstück bereit, das im voraus zu bezahlen ist da wir leider schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht haben .
