FeWo Lucy

Lehne dich zurück und entspanne dich – in dieser ruhigen, stilvollen Unterkunft. Die FeWo befindet sich in der Mitte von München, Garmisch und Füssen, jeweils etwa 60km entfernt. Vor Ort gibt es einen kleinen Badesee mit griechischem Restaurant. Circa7km entfernt kann man ein Warmfreibad besuchen. Der Ammersee ist in 15, der Starnberger See und der Staffelsee in 30 Minuten zu erreichen. Der knapp 2000 Einwohner zählende Ort verfügt über einen großen Supermarkt, eine Apotheke, und zwei Banken.

The house offers: fully equipped open-space kitchen with fully automatic coffee machine, toaster, etc. On the roof is a PV system with battery storage with which the energy supply of the house and the state-of-the-art air heat pump is climate-friendly and guaranteed around the clock!

The bedroom as well as the kitchen have access to the balcony and terrace, overlooking Lake Ammersee. There is also a patio to relax in the adjoining wooded area, which also belongs to the apartment. The car can be parked in the underground garage. A footpath leads to the lake and beach promenade in 10 minutes

Our house is located directly on the Romantic Road in Reichling in the beautiful Lechrain, about 15 minutes from Landsberg am Lech or Lake Ammersee. Munich or the Alps can be reached in about an hour. In the annex is the local bakery.

There are numerous sights nearby, including the famous Wessobrunn Monastery, Lake Ammersee and the historic old town of Landsberg am Lech. For mountain and winter sports enthusiasts, the Bavarian Alps are also within easy reach.

The Pearl - Green, new, fancy!

This unique place has a style on its own. Even though it is „only“ a studio you have lots and lots of room and opportunity to hang out. The TV is very versatile and you can choose if you’d want to watch TV from the couch or sitting in the chairs around the kitchen table. The sun room is my favourite spot with 2 unique seating arrangements that are very comfy.
