Monthly Rentals in Kinlochard

Our stay at The Hayloft was the perfect place to end our travels to Scotland. I only wish we could have spent more time there. Upon arrival, there was homemade Shortbread that was second to none! Unfortnately, no other shortbread will ever taste that good after being spoiled by Dorothy's family recipe. The space was beautifully decorated with her original artwork and has two bedrooms, a workable kitchen, living room with a multitude of books and dvds. The bathroom was lined with mystical wall panels of iridescent stars. My personal favorite was the deep and long bathtub for long hour soaks after a tiring but fun filled day. The backyard is beautiful and serene. Great place to read or for birdwatching. Plenty of local hiking or biking activities with many not needing a car to get there. The hospitality Dorothy gave us was top notch as she even loaned us a cooler along with ice packs for our Puffin excursion. The Hayloft is worthy of being the only destination for holiday!

Excellent wee place. Fantastic location with views of Loch Venachar and lots of wildlife around. Nice little kitchen with dishwasher. Spotlessly clean. Host was very easy to communicate with. Would stay again.

Myself, my wife and daughter stayed here for 3 nights, what a fantastic little spot. Bumped into Anita a few times during our stay, she is a lovely lady, very pleasant and approachable. The property was very clean and tidy, had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Everything about the accommodation was super. Comfortable and stylish bedrooms and living room. Well equipped kitchen and large utility space. Modern bathroom. Lovely sunny garden area. Pub and coffee shops within walking distance. Not much choice for eating out in Aberfoyle itself. Some good recommendations for further afield though. We catered for ourselves to avoid driving in the evening. Walking and other outdoor activities short drive away. Surrounding area absolutely stunning in every direction. We had a fabulous few days. Really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
