Our stay felt like a home from home. It was so clean, cosy and just the most lovely stay! So close to absolutely everything you need in Aviemore, and just a wonderful place. Thankyou again 😁

This property has everything you could ever want in a break away with family and friends. Quiet and secluded while still be closer enough to Drum for a night out or supplies. The house was really well done with a homely feel that set you at ease straightaway. Being able to relax by the river and having a huge garden to relax in were the highlight for me. But the best part of this trip was Kay herself. Full of local recommendations and very responsive, we never struggled for things to do. Also her little touches were fantastic. The best host I've ever had while staying in Airbnb's!! Would stay with her again in a heartbeat

Our month long stay at Fortrenn was an unforgettable experience that left us feeling rejuvenated, inspired and in love with Scotland. The cottage itself is a charming blend of traditional Scottish architecture and modern amenities. It features cozy rooms adorned with local artwork and comfortable furnishings that made us feel instantly at home. The living area was particularly inviting, with a fireplace that added warmth and character to the space. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to easily prepare our own meals. One of the highlights of Fortrenn was the master bedroom, which offered panoramic views of the loch. The bathroom was equally impressive, featuring a luxurious bathtub. The combination of stunning natural beauty, charming accommodations, and warm hospitality helped to create our perfect vacation. Fortrenn proved to be the ideal base from which to explore all that this remarkable region has to offer. We hope to be able to return one day soon!

Uns hat das Haus sehr gut gefallen und wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Es ist sehr schön in der Natur gelegen und ruhig. Mit dem Auto kommt man gut zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Unser Lieblingsplatz war draussen auf der kleinen Terasse, mit der schönen Aussicht und dem rauschen des Baches. Wir würden die Unterkunft definitiv weiter empfehlen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, es war alles da, was man braucht. Es war schön, bei Sonne im Garten zu sitzen (Vorschlag: Liegestühle im Shed bereitstellen). Einziger kleiner Nachteil: im Juni liess die Verdunkelung in den Schlafzimmern etwas zu wünschen übrig. Anreise mit Auto ist von Vorteil, da zu Fuss etwas weit weg vom Zentrum.

Fantastisk omgivning och rymligt, vackert och praktiskt hus med en personlig touch. Roliga sällskapsspel. Allt du behövde i köket och i övrigt fanns. Bra förvaring om du stannar längre. Tydliga och enkla instruktioner. Mycket sköna sängar (!).

Un chalet très confortable, très calme, et d’une propreté impeccable. Nous nous y sommes immédiatement senti à l’aise et avons beaucoup apprécié le poêle à bois et la petite terrasse à l’arrière pour déjeuner. Heather avait mis à disposition tout le nécessaire (lessive, produits lave vaisselle, plein de capsules de café), et un gentil pack de bienvenue. Idéalement placé pour rejoindre rapidement les chemins de randonnées des Cairngorms.

Wonderful as always and great for our two spaniels. So peaceful listening to the birds in the back garden.

Comfortable, clean, convenient for shops & local beautiful surrounding countryside. Some good cycling on quiet roads.

Perfect place and location for my 4 day stay. As a solo visitor I felt completely safe to walk around the area at any time. The cottage is very comfortable. Cheryl and her husband are friendly and welcoming. Highly recommended.

Für ein paar Tage Aufenthalt ist die Unterkunft perfekt, zu Fuss sehr nahe am Zentrum und doch sehr ruhig.

Great place to stay in the Cairngorms. Fully equipped kitchen for cooking meals. Amazing whisky corner which my husband greatly appreciated.

Seriously… you will NOT be disappointed.. Tesco 1/2 block up, parking, walking bridge to city center steps away, the extra goodies Suz provides . The apartment itself is an oasis travelers . I will be recommending to friends, and that’s saying a lot!

The Apartment in Highland Council was very nice and clean! There were also plenty of towels! The highlight was the beautiful, modern bathroom with the wonderful shower with a full enclosure door and a niche to place your shampoos, etc. Believe us when we say this is a plus in the UK! The water pressure and the hot water was also a plus. Again, this is not always the case in the UK! The apartment was quiet even though it is situated right by a road. The parking is by its back door/patio entrance which is by the market parking lot. We entered and exited from this door during our stay, and used the market parking near the back gate. The kitchen is adorable and functional, but it’s small. It has a very small refrigerator, so small amounts of groceries are best to buy if you’re cooking in. There were some staples available for use, a coffee maker and a kettle. The washer dryer was definitely a plus!

We had a great stay at Caroline's place in Inverness. The flat was really central to the city - just a short walk over the footbridge. The flat also had plenty of room, even with us using the sofa bed. Loved our stay and would definitely be back.

This place has stunning views, it was super cozy with the wood stove and I felt right at home! Really good location, close to incredible trails and hikes while also having the peacefulness of a quaint neighborhood. Linda and Stevie were generous and warm hosts. Always kind and giving great local recommendations.

The only regret was that we did not stay in Sam's place longer than we did. I have been a regular AirBnB user around the world for the past 15 years but this was only the second time in about 50 that I saw the host be so sensitive to and conscious of creating a phenomenal guest experience. The apartment was beautifully and tastefully furnished for a luxurious stay. The rooms spacious and the linen squeaky clean. The welcoming bottle of wine was an example of what Sam's villa stood for. The outdoor furniture added to the tone of relaxation as we had a sunny evening. We were a group of 6 friends and we absolutely loved the place. Thank you Sam

It was a wonderful place to stay with great scenic views and a peaceful atmosphere . The hosts Alexandra and David were such great people which made the stay even more pleasant. Would definitely stay here again.

Marie was a great hostess and the house was amazing in great condition and very clean. The location is good and Marie assisted us with all the questions and had a full breakfast prepared for us.

Very comfortable house right in the heart of Newtonmore - was a perfect location for a family winter break. Lots of space with 2 lounges and generously sized bedrooms. Really well equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen in particular plus lots of games and books for the wet days (there were a few!). Off-street parking, nearby co-op shop and responsive hosts made for a stress free and enjoyable stay. We hope to be back!

We had a lovely few days staying at Tanglewood. Graeme was very helpful before and during our stay. Everything was as described. Very spacious rooms and a nice welcome pack of cake, biscuits and milk on arrival. We used the hot tub too which was very good and relaxing. Hire included extra towels and slippers which was a lovely touch. We would recommend staying here. Thanks Graeme.

We had an incredible stay at Elangowan in For Augustus! The property was exceptionally clean, tidy and the decor was amazing. The views from the second floor were breathtaking, and we loved how close we were to the charming town—everything was within walking distance. Our family made wonderful memories here, and we can't recommend this Airbnb highly enough!

This is a lovely house with beautiful views in a fantastic location! We got very lucky with sunny weather during our stay meaning we could make the most of the gorgeous surroundings - we did white water rafting on the River Tay and enjoyed the Taymouth Marina spa, all of which were a short drive away from the house. The house was just as described and pictured and the hosts were great - they were very responsive and flexible, allowing us to have both an early checkin and late check out. There is a good amount of parking at the property and the kitchen was well stocked with all amenities you could need. The house is on a main road but it is not busy and traffic noise was not an issue. I would definitely recommend this house to a group.

This was a wonderful stop on our vacation, we did not want to leave. The home is very comfortable, we slept wonderfully. The kitchen is very well situated to make meals if you feel I like staying in and enjoying the view. We would definitely stay here again. Carol was wonderful to work with, so helpful and accommodating.
