Shari is an absolute gem! She left. personal note for us (we were there under stressful circumstances) Her place is amazing. The house was not as clean as it could have been, but thst was NOT her fault! The rental agency was very responsive. Ideal layout and comfy furniture! Easy for my 80/90 year old parents to navigate. Would definitely stay again!

The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I could need. The attention to detail truly made it feel like a home away from home. Marjorie was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Their local recommendations were spot on, and I felt so welcomed and comfortable. The location was perfect. Every little touch, from the cozy bedding to the thoughtful extras made this experience unforgettable. We really enjoyed the stay at Richard’s. The house is full of beautiful cook books and the kitchen is very well stocked with hearty nonstick cast iron, general seasonings, vinegar etc. Also a very nice coffee/tea bar that was also stocked. Hot tub was great and the home was very cozy. Loved walking around the neighborhood. Looking forward to staying again.

This was our favorite Air B & B rental. The farm is more beautiful than we expected. The house was inviting and we felt right at home. We loved the pool , hot tub and the wonderful back porch over looking the gorgeous scenery. Doug is amazing.He is quick to respond and very helpful before and during our trip. We cant wait to go back and visit!

Marshall's place is awesome! We have stayed here before and love the location and the house! Marshall is also very communicative and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Micheal was an amazing host! He was very proactive and responsive to anything and everything we needed. Not to mention he was very generous and really prided himself on making our stay perfect! I couldn’t ask for anything more. The cabin is beautiful with so much land. It was just what we needed to get away as a family.

Bryan's house was perfect for us! We were in town to play with the Charlotte Symphony and had our dog with us. There is a nice sunny, second floor deck with a gate so our dog could hang out with us without escaping into the yard. There's no fence for a dog but a quiet neighborhood for dog walks. Very comfortable place with quiet neighbors. Nice to have parking in the driveway out front. The front door entrance is opened with a code that was easy to operate. Only about 15 minutes to downtown. We would definitely stay again.

My family was in Charlotte for a sad event and Mikes home was not only very comfortable but had lots of areas of the home we could individually escape to and be alone with our thoughts. We spent 5 nights and went for walks, watched our 2 pups play in the yard and enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen and the cozy dining room for meals. The bedrooms were all nicely decorated and beds and pillows super comfortable. Our trip was unexpected and we hadn’t packed enough clothing. It was super helpful being able to wash and dry our clothes. Mikes appliances were so nice it was a reminder I would love to replace my washer and dryer! My immediate and extended family visit Charlotte often. I am so grateful to have found this gem of a house. No doubt we will be back often. Oh and I must suggest a fabulous place to have dinner if you like seafood and sushi….New Zealand Cafe. Quaint, delicious and extremely affordable. Took an Uber in order to indulge in adult beverages!

The cottage on Maple street is a jewel!!!! We have it saved as our favorite! Clean. Peaceful. Nice touches everywhere including the elephant in the room ….u gotta book to see it! It’s cozy. Full kitchen. Beautiful flowers. Immaculately clean. Preston and Derrick are amazing and super responsive. Even gave us a local sight seeing area we will be going to tomorrow.

Carla was a very thoughtful host. There were snacks, bottled water, coffee and teas with honey, even half and half for the coffee. She provided firewood and skewers for roasting marshmallows. She helped us find the best restaurants with great local recommendations. We even met her dog when we first got there so that everyone was on good terms (no barking, etc.) It's was very easy to have a relaxing weekend at her place.

The Coliseum Cottage was the perfect stay for a quick trip to Charlotte! The home was very welcoming, in a quiet neighborhood, and perfect for attending a show at Ovens Auditorium. Not only was the home spacious, but it had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The binder full of helpful information about the property and local area was a wonderful touch as well. I would 100% book this home again for a trip to Charlotte.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Jan and Charlie’s place. Their communication was great. The pool house was immaculate and had plenty of thoughtful touches. The cookies were delicious! We especially enjoyed the family history on the walls. Highly recommend a stay here.

From start to finish, this was a positive experience. The home is so lovely I really hated to leave! Also, my sweet pup LOVED being there. 😊🐾💖

I spent four weeks at this spacious and comfortable apartment while working in Center City. There is a grocery store in easy walking distance, a great coffee shop a block away. Though it is next to the highway it's pretty quiet and supplies a nice white noise at night. Rachel was quick to respond if I needed assistance, which was rare. Next time I come to Charlotte I will look to see if this place is available.

Super clean, peaceful neighborhood, close to lots of things. An easy 25 min drive from the airport. We stayed one night with our pup and it was perfect for us!

Great place to stay in downtown charlotte. Walking distance to many restaurants and lots of things to do. Apartment was very clean and nice inside. Looks exactly like the photos. Would def stay again and would recommend to anyone.
