Monthly Rentals in Kings Bay

Perfect for a quick getaway by yourself or with someone else. It was private, peaceful and comfortable. The attached laundry room was extremely useful especially if you plan on going to the springs. Jim & Wendy were very responsive and I hope to stay again sometime in the future!

The place is very quaint and easy to baby proof when we arrived. Everything was clean and easily accessible. The bath tub is a little outdated but we did not mind at all. The patio looked like it was under renovation so we didn’t spend any time there and we did not stay long enough to have that kind of leisure time. All in all the house was perfect for our stay at Crystal River.

Donnovan was a great host . We are hoping we can return in 2026 . Everything at the home was in great condition furniture tables tv:s beds etc The front screened in patio was a favorite for meal and just relaxing . We spent a lot of time at the heated pool .

We had a great time in Crystal River and would highly recommend staying here! Tina and Elijah were awesome hosts that made us feel welcomed before we even stepped inside. The space was awesome and comfortable for group of 3. It was also close to everything we had planned for our weekend getaway! You’ll have a stress free stay if you chose to stay here!
