Jean was a good and gracious host for our last minute booking. She was responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. My luggage had been lost on the way to Ireland and when it arrived, she was good enough to place it inside our room for us.🙏 The room was as described and we thoroughly enjoyed having the window open to feel some of the cool Irish breeze blowing in while we relaxed. Perhaps the highlight of our stay for my girlfriend...the donkeys. Jean provided carrots to feed the donkeys and when. we walked to the fence, they knew exactly what we had and let out some excited noises. They eat them right out of your hand and are generally very sweet. If you're visiting Dublin or the surrounding area, this is a peaceful place to put your head down after all the sightseeing, away from the city. Definitely recommend!

River cottage is so quaint! Beautifully decorated and well taken care of, not a single thing out of place, and had everything we needed for our stay (I especially appreciated the fresh flowers and baked goods that Linda had thoughtfully left for us to enjoy). The surrounding landscape is absolutely incredible! It takes you away from the hustle and bustle of the city and makes you relax, breathe, and take a moment to appreciate life and its wonders. Linda and Brendan are one of a kind… consummate hosts! Easy to communicate with and made sure that we were comfortable in their home. We got a flat and Brendan immediately came out to help and went above and beyond any expectations, like true Irish fashion! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!Would stay again if I’m ever back in Ireland!

John was a very responsive and gracious host. The home was beautiful, peaceful and felt very safe. It was surprisingly quiet since it is in a big row of townhomes. It has a lovely garden (grassy field) in the back. We had some very uncharacteristically beautiful days in Dublin. The beds were very comfortable. The washing machine is small and you hang your clothes to dry on the large clothes drying rack that is provided. We loved that it is just around the corner from a little convenience store. It is also a short walk to a large shopping area and the Luas station, which makes it easy to get to downtown. Overall the home is very comfortable, quiet, and conveniently located. We would definitely stay here again.

I stayed at this property for approximately two weeks. It's a modern large spacious flat with everything you might need. It comes with an underground parking space with direct access to the flat via lift, handy if it's raining. The flat is a ninety second walk to the Luas tram station so even if you don't have a car you can get directly into Dublin city centre. Weather was pretty cold but the flat heats up quickly with the modern wall mounted thermostat. Large Dunnes stores less than five minutes walk from the flat, very convenient for groceries. A recommended stay.
