It was a really wonderful stay at Ross’! It was all exactly as described. Very peaceful and beautiful surroundings, and just a short drive away from Bath. Perfect if needing somewhere to stay for a little bit in the local area.

We stayed 5 weeks and absolutely loved our time here. The location is perfect for us as we have family in the area but also for walking/cycling and access to Bristol and Bath. Jackie and Ian are the perfect hosts and nothing is too much trouble. They live on site with their beautiful family but very much give you space and privacy. The apartment is modern and clean and accommodates 2 people comfortably. We would recommend this apartment in a heartbeat and can’t wait to go back in the future. Thank you both so much.

Katie’s place is amazing! I was there for 6 weeks as I was working in the area. Katie and the lovely Bear dog were so welcoming, the place was easy to find, parking very simple. Location wise is great, it’s in the countryside then a short drive to Frome, go for the first Sunday of the month, the market is 👌. The bed was so comfortable and it’s the first time I’ve slept through the night in years, the area is so quiet. The wood burner is so charming and it heats the room very quickly. The garden area is fabulous and star gazing is top notch. I loved the bathroom, the water pressure is superb, despite the windows it’s completely private. I will say that I went there hating spiders but my mother told me to name them as killing them is bad luck, so if you do book here please be kind to Mr Sh1thead who lives by the windowsill, he only comes out at night and sits on his little web house and will run back inside if you clap loudly. He disappeared for 2 days and I was genuinely worried 😂.

We loved the Pigsty, which is bright and airy inside. Super comfortable bed and soft linen and towels. The property was so quiet we slept very well and appreciated the peace in the day. The welcome basket was so lovely and full of the good things in life. our 4 nights flew by. we will definately return. ideal for us visiting family who live in the next village.
