What a lovely find. We have been to so many Air BnB's and this one has to be one of our favourites. immaculately clean, lovely location with lambs and sheep right across the road, everything you need for a quiet get away. We will definitely be staying again when we are in the area, thank you!

The best cottage ever - peaceful quiet place with breathtaking views. Ann and her husband were super nice host.

My partner and I stayed in the studio for 2 weeks while working in the area. Viv and her husband Ernie, were wonderful, kind, thoughtful hosts and I had some great chats especially with Ernie. The property is on the grounds of their farmhouse home set in beautiful rural East Cumbria, just a stone's throw across the river from Sedbergh. The property itself was clean and cosy and has most requirements for a comfortable stay.

Susan was friendly and informative. A perfect location for all the surrounding areas and perfect residence for us and our 3 dogs. Absolutely brilliant. Can't complain about anything. We will definitely book with Susan again . Thank you .
