Wonderful spot that offers tranquility, beauty on your doorstep and lots of thoughtful touches in the cottage. Super sweet extras were left for us and our dogs too, which was really thoughtful and a lovely touch. Personal preference note: if, like us super soft mattresses are an issue for your back, that is what is on offer here. Other than that we would 💯 return and recommend to anyone wanting a little slice of remote and peaceful heaven near the Isle of Skye and surrounding areas.

We had the most amazing stay at Elaine’s lovely caravan! The location was stunning, right by the river, and incredibly peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The caravan itself was super cute, spotlessly clean, and equipped with absolutely everything we needed. It’s clear that Elaine has decorated it with a lot of thought and care; it felt cozy and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Elaine was a fantastic host—so helpful and responsive. Even though she was out and busy, she replied immediately when we had a puncture and kindly gave us the contact for a local garage. She also sent detailed directions in advance which made finding the place really easy. Inside, she had prepared a very well-maintained file with all the information we needed for our stay, including local recommendations and important safety info. We had zero issues during our stay, and all of us absolutely loved the place. We’re already looking forward to coming back and would 100% recommend it to anyone!

A great little cabin in a very peaceful location on the Loch. Any questions I had for Dermot, he responded very promptly. A superb few days with the family, would definately try to reserve a cabin for a summer break to enjoy the cabin facilities from the outside. Would definately recommend for a quiet weekend, as there is nothing around but mother nature!!

Incredible experience in every aspect. The place is super cozy, well designed and appointed. Surroundings are stunningly beautiful. Joy is the best host who is friendly and accommodating.
