We preserve the old character of the walls, and incorporate the amenities of modern times. After a walk on the Jakobsweg, you can warm up by our clay wall heating. I offer you a sleeping place (or two) in my small office (8 sqm) with mini kitchen and private bathroom. There are very good soundproof windows against the street noise. The excavation lake with sauna is 200 m away, the tram and many bus lines stop in front of the door. Nearest supermarket 200m away. By bike (you can rent from me for €5 per day) you are in the city or at the Neue Messe in 20 minutes.
