Two queen beds, motel type suite with a microwave, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker and cooking set-up. A complimentary pool pass for the covered community pool is there as well. Laundry with supplies. All new furniture including mattresses and bedding. Can accommodate more guests just inquire after booking.

The Bluff House faces the Missouri River on 7 acres of beauty, neighboring the Bougeois Winery! The Katy trail & Rocheport are 1 mile away. Our home is two stories. We are upstairs and the Air BNB is downstairs. The Airbnb has a spacious living room, fireplace and dining room. All with views of the river and an open concept kitchen. Your entrance is completely separate and locked for use only by you. You will have a private covered deck, Bench on the bluff, Bikes, Fire pit and a Hammock!

The location is out of the city, yet just a couple miles from all of the stores you need. The little cabin is nestled down our shared private and peaceful driveway, with views of cattle grazing in the pasture right off the front porch at the right time of year. Our big screen projector and fire pit are two amenities you'll be sure to enjoy!

There are two stocked ponds and fishing equipment available for your use. The huge lawn is great for games and chasing fireflies. Definitely catch the gorgeous sunsets reflected in the pond from the same spot you had your morning coffee. Enjoy some stargazing. The stars seem so bright at The Dalton House!

We offer 2 bedroom 1 queen size private and 1 bunk room with 2 full size and 2 twin size beds. We have a covered patio area, large parking area, and plenty of yard to enjoy! The Tin Roof Sundae Cabin and The Sundae Cottage are located in North Central Missouri - a natural "sweet spot" for those who love being outdoors. Guests have access to 800 acres which includes a combination of native timber, wetlands, grasslands, and streams. Guests are welcome to explore the entire property. A small pond and fire pit are located a stone's throw from the front porch. The large porches provide plenty of shade and great views.

MO Valley College Families are welcome, perfect place to stay during games.

The lodge is situated on 60 acres of mixed terrain and features hardwood forests, open grasslands, 2 1/2 acre fishing pond and 15 acres of wetlands.
