Monthly Rentals in Kettering

I loved this Airbnb so much that I ended up staying for 5 months! Kate has been such a wonderful host and I have enjoyed getting to know her. When I first moved to the area I chose this Airbnb and I am so happy I did. It was a great beginning to a new season for me in a new city. I found myself sad to leave even though I have found a permanent place to live! The space itself is cozy and comfortable. The neighborhood is great for walking and close to lots of amenities. It is easy to get to anywhere in the Dayton area. Getting to know Kate in my five months living in this Airbnb has truly been a pleasure. She is extremely responsive, took care of any issues promptly, and I always felt like I was at home. The space is private and your own, but also having the ease of the host onsite is ideal. I recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy, unique place to stay with a location that can't be beat and a consummate host. Thank you Kate, I will be forever grateful for this time & place!

Everything about staying here was easy; from booking, to finding the house, to entering the home, even dealing with some unexpected bumps! I had a work call that ended at checkout time, but Mike was super understanding and accommodated a late checkout without any hassle. The house is clean and comfortable, everything works as expected. The front porch/sunroom is a very cool feature, allowing you to enjoy the day regardless of the weather. The beds were unexpectedly comfortable and I really don't think that can be overstated. The mattresses and pillows were absolutely wonderful, like they'd been purchased for this purpose, not someone's old stuff they used once they got themselves new stuff. Also, and this may seem silly but it matters, there's a water cooler. I was in town to train at a BJJ gym, so having access to cold, filtered water that didn't take forEVER to fill my bottle was a noticeable convenience. I'd for sure stay here again and recommend you check it out, too!

We were very comfortable in this home and it had what we needed during our stay. We would stay here again, when are in town.
