In the middle of nature and yet central (not far from Aachen, Eupen, Maastricht, Liège) We rent out a 70-square-meter apartment on our property (Eynattener Mühle), with a separate entrance, consisting of a large combined living and dining area with kitchen, a large bedroom, a small combined living and sleeping area with a single bed (185 x 85 cm; fold-out bed 90 x 200 cm available on request), and a bathroom. It can accommodate 4 adults and 1 baby (baby crib provided). An outdoor seating area, right on the Göhle, is available for our guests.

The small cozy 25 sqm are located in a completely renovated old building from 1900. In addition to the historic charm, we offer a private shower, toilet and a pantry kitchen (fridge, microwave), TV and Wi-Fi access included. The apartment with private entrance can accommodate up to 2 people on the first floor. Apartment in a villa with character located in the Balmoral district above the town of Spa (3 km) and 12 km from the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps. The apartment is located on the garden level and includes an equipped kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom with a 1.80 m double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and an independent toilet. It has a private entrance and a large terrace with two sheltered areas that can be heated, and it has a magnificent view of the valley.

We offer a granny apartment in our house in Gillrath with its own entrance in the countryside and yet a few minutes by car from the city of Geilenkirchen with very good bus and train connections to Aachen, Düsseldorf and Cologne. In the village of Gillrath is the historic steam train station. There are many opportunities for cycling, hiking and excursions. Several recreational areas are nearby, as is the Dutch border.
