The Eifelloft21 is located above the charming little village of Hammer. It is renovated, but the charm of the wooden house has been preserved. The semi-detached house offers space for two people on approx. 50 square meters. Thanks to the open living concept, you have a fabulous view of nature from everywhere. Only the toilet is separated by a door. From the living room with open kitchen you enter the balcony. Close to Rursee, Hohe Venn and Monschau. Price includes 5% Eifel overnight stay package.

Close to nature and relaxing – right next to the Eifel National Park. The tiny house is located above Lake Roer. Hiking trails are right in front of the house. Walks in the snow and the cozy warmth in the cottage provide relaxation & coziness. In summer, the lake with beach invites you to swim & do water sports. There is no direct lake view (trees in front), but the wonderful viewpoint 'Zur Schönen Aussicht' can be reached in two minutes (100 m), where you can watch the stars undisturbed at night.

The wooden house is located in a quiet residential area not far from Aachen. The forest, with the local recreation area Wurmtal, begins one street further. The guest house is only 10 minutes by car from the Soers (CHIO). Aachen city center can also be easily reached by bus. During Christmas season there is one of the most beautiful Christmas markets in Germany and in summer great open-air concerts just above the border (Netherlands). Breakfast is available on request for an additional charge.

In addition to old ship parquet, a stucco ceiling adorns the large, bright living room with sofa bed and dining table. The apartment has its own terrace and a large parking lot is also right in front of the door. Our newly renovated apartment will welcome you. In a nice area surrounded by open fields and close to the historical center of the village our apartment is the perfect place to start or end the day. If you are interested in hiking, there is the new hiking route "Eifelsteig" only 500m from the apartment. The bus station to reach Aachen´s city center is just a 2 min walk away. Of course families with kids and/or pets are welcome too. Free parking for 1 car and WiFi is included.
