Loved the location and the fenced in backyard was a home run. Had everything we could need. The area around the house was nice with sidewalks to walk our dogs. Would definitely stay here again!

Arikka's place was beautiful and comfortable. Our check-in was seamless and the place looked just as described. The upstairs beds were very comfortable. The location was also central to our activities. We would select her place again to stay.

My wife and I agree that this has been our favorite Airbnb to date! Hemali’s place felt like a place we could actually kick back and unwind. We were only here for the weekend, but it provided such comfort and well rest we needed! This Airbnb is located near many things to do and to eat. Location did not feel unsafe and neighbors were no issue. We found parking easily throughout all times of day. We are always a little weary of pet friendly airbnbs as I am allergic to most dogs. I had no issues here, personally, and their cleaners did a fantastic job. If we ever find ourselves in GR again, this is the only place we want to stay!

Quiet and easy to get to. Had things to do in GR, but was nice to escape to a more peaceful setting.

We had a wonderful stay at Krista’s house. Everything was clean and ready for us upon arrival, and the lights were turned on which made it feel even more welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked and everything is labeled making it easy to find what you need and figure out which light switch operates which light! The beds were beautifully made up and there were plenty of towels. We loved the beautiful lakeside setting and the location was super convenient. We’d love to stay here again when we visit!

This was perfect for what we needed. Walkable to many shops, restaurants and downtown was easy to get to as well! We will stay again!

Our stay at Michael's place was absolutely perfect! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a clean, stylish, and incredibly welcoming space. The house was exactly as described (if not better!) in the listing, and the photos didn't do it justice. The location was ideal - close to amazing restaurants, We loved being able to hangout in the backyard patio and enjoy the hot tub! The home itself was equipped with everything we needed and more. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the private patio was a wonderful bonus. What truly made our stay exceptional was Michael as well as the co-hosts hospitality. They were very attentive and communicated above average!

House was as described on the site. It was extremely clean and necessary supplies were available. Jeremy responded quickly to our questions. My family and I enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Jeremy

Mark is a great host, very responsive, helpful and nice. His upstairs apartment that he lists on AirBnB is lovely with lots of vintage details and accurately described along with some surprise additional amenities. There are restaurants, bars and coffee shops within walking distance. The only slight drawback, as others have noted, is the shower. It's a handheld shower you use while standing in a claw-footed tub with the low side of an angled ceiling above it. I'm 5'8" and couldn't stand up straight in there. It's just a little awkward. But, the shower head itself, including the water pressure and hot water, were great. Highly recommend Mark's place if you are looking for a comfortable stay in Grand Rapids.

We stayed at Michael’s place while our daughter was undergoing rehabilitative physical therapy at Mary Free Bed after a bad accident. The place was a perfect fit for our needs - two bedrooms so family coming to visit our daughter from out of town could spend a night if necessary. The place was stocked with everything including all the bathroom and shower supplies you could ever need. Lots of extra linens, towels, etc. There was a small fenced in yard for our dog to run around and a covered area with a picnic table for when we wanted to hang out outdoors and have a glass of wine after a full day with our daughter in the hospital. Very close / walkable to all of the restaurants and bars on Bridge Street if you want to get out for some food and drinks. Michael was immediately responsive when we reached out to him for any questions.

Everything was perfectly as described! What a beautiful home away from home. The bed was so comfortable, the shower was divine, and the kitchen was chef friendly! Plenty of counter tops and a gas stove (that was a plus!) I wish I could have stayed longer. Close to grocery markets and restaurants as well as a park. Beautiful neighborhood. Very safe.

This is a great place to stay. Robb is always responsive for questions. It's a great location for all medical personnel working at Butterworth to walk from.

Troy was a great host! He was very quick to respond to any communication we had. The unit was in amazing shape, very clean, and had everything we needed and more! We would stay again!

Both Diana and her space were just wonderful! We highly recommend staying here, the neighborhood is super walkable, especially if you have dogs and there is honestly a lot to do/eat/drink right around there. We loved it and would come back in a heartbeat!

Perfect studio for a long or short stay. We had no issues during our time here and really enjoyed it. Timothy worked with us on a special request involving our stay and was incredibly reasonable. The place is clean and homey and does a lot with the space. Would absolutely stay here again and/or recommend it to anyone visiting Grand Rapids.

A very cozy place to stay at! Was able to stay with our pup which was a nice option. The entire place is clean and it felt like home! Everything looked new and it had everything we needed. About 20 mins drive to downtown GR and 10mins away from the Rivertown Crossings.

Loved the location! Minutes from EVERYWHERE. Enjoyed a glass of wine and reading on the front balcony while watching the neighbors walk their dogs. The coffee shop and bakery is just two blocks away and both delicious. Love the historical neighborhood. Close enough to downtown but prefer being more like a local.

This is a beautiful home in the country, but it is only about 20 minutes to downtown Grand Rapids. The hosts are very responsive and give clear instructions. The room is like a small apartment with a little kitchenette. It is clean and very well priced. I loved the porch swing! I hope to be back again!

The condo was spotless and uncluttered, with comfortable furniture and all the basics. The hosts were friendly and responsive. The unit was easy to find, and close to a wide variety of shopping and dining options. The bedrooms are comfortable, and the office area in the master bedroom is a nice touch. The attached garage made coming and going a breeze, especially in some rainy weather we encountered. The kitchen / great room makes for a fantastic communal space with a TV that is a perfect size for the room. The kitchen is super efficient and well-equipped. All in all, this was a terrific stay, and we'll be back.

Perfect location, beautiful place. We all at one time said that if we could buy a place just like it to live in permanently we would.

My family and I needed just one night to stay near Grand Rapids and Livesuite's delivered! It was super easy to find, gas station within walking distance and great restaurants. We went to Anna's House for breakfast and it was amazing food and service. I would definitely stay here again, beds were comfortable and we all slept very well. Thank you Livesuite's!!
