Tam’s place was perfect for our large family of 9! Lots of space and entertainment for the kids. The pool was great and had lots of waters toys. The location was also great quiet neighborhood and many near by stores and restaurants. Tam was very attentive and responded quickly for any of our questions. Wonderful stay!

Great place to stay! Walked to coffee and pastries every morning. Good central location. Beds comfortable and linens plush. Lots of places to sit and hang out downstairs.

This house was the perfect location for a weekend trip! incredibly close to downtown GR, Frederick Meijer Gardens, The public museum and John Ball Zoo! Super cute and clean house with everything you need for your weekend trip!

Jon was great, responsive and helpful. There are plenty of rooms and lots of space available if you’re staying in. We had a very fun weekend, definitely recommend.

We stayed at the house for our son's wedding. We had the groomsmen staying with us as well. The large kitchen counterspace worked great for setting out a breakfast buffet the morning of the wedding. The 3 bathrooms made it easy for everyone to get ready. The deck and lake backdrop was beautiful for pictures. I only wish we had a longer stay to enjoy the beautiful view. Krista was helpful in suggesting places to leave extra cars, as we had many people arriving from different cities. The binder of house info was useful and seeing the pictures of the renovations from the original house was very cool.

Besides the operators error at check-in **face palm** Sean's place was perfect for what we needed for the weekend. clean, welcoming, and easy access to downtown Grand Rapids. He has all the supplies you need in the kitchen and bathroom. I even loved how he had so much extra bedding and towels. Thank you Sean for your accommodations

Beautiful home in extremely peaceful neighborhood. It was perfect for a family gathering. Bruce was very helpful, flexible and communicated promptly and clearly. I would highly recommend!

In my many years of AirBnB experience, I have to say this is one of the places that stood out because of the house and the great vibe because of the people who lived in the adjoining units. They were very welcoming, friendly, and I felt right at home instantly. I'm definitely coming back to this particular AirBnB space. Thanks to Mark, the host, for the great stay.

We had a great stay! Easy to find and not terribly far from downtown - about a 30 minute walk home from the concert at Van Andel Arena one night or 5-10 minute cheap Lyft ride. Incredible value vs the downtown hotels. The yard area was a huge highlight for us. Very private and so nice to be able to sit out and enjoy the nice weather!

Had a great time this weekend and the Airbnb was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for 2 people and a very comfy bed. Convenient to downtown GR and a short drive. If you have a problem with steep steps, this may not be ideal for you but for us it was no issue. Would stay again!

Place was very easy to find after getting off of the freeway! This was the first time we ever booked an AirBNB that was not a whole house so we were kind of skeptical. Isa introduced herself as soon as we got there and was very friendly! We didn’t hear any noises from the walls or the floor! Clear directions and great communication! Highly recommend to anyone coming to the area!

This is a great neighborhood and is an easy one mile walk down Fulton to Van Andel. Close to a great bakery, pizza, wine and coffee shops. Beds were very comfortable and the historic home is divided into two rentals, where we stayed in the upper unit which had a galley kitchen, dining area, living room, two bedrooms and a full bathroom that were simple and very clean. We would definitely return again. We did not need to reach out to Alex at all but that just means everything was well explained and easy to navigate for arrival and departure. Thanks Alex!

my second time booking with Livesuite, everything was perfect like the last time. it was very spacious and the location was peaceful.

This was a very nice place, and we sat on the porch each morning and drank coffee and watched a Doe and her fawns in the nearby field. We also saw a pair of sandhill cranes with a chick foraging in the fields. The coffeemaker worked great and was stocked with several kcup choices. It was very quiet and we slept in after a late concert! We highly recommend this place.

Our stay was great! There were a couple small cleaning things but nothing major and the host was easy to communicate and quick to response. When there was a maintenance issue non related to our stay, they were very accommodating and compensated for the inconvenience. I appreciated their communication and always having a quick response. The place was nice and tidy, comfortable beds, and clean bathrooms. All in all it was a nice place!

This place was perfect for a few girls needing a nights stay for a weekend class! I appreciated the messages, easy check-in and check-out process, and the cleanliness of the place with all amenities! Highly recommend, as the area it is in is quiet and homey!

In town for a mid-week family function, no hotel near our relatives’ home. This apartment/condo was a great find just a block away and a lot more room than we expected. It’s a lovely neighborhood, back off the quiet road a ways, and very clean/comfortable. The king bed and bedding were very comfortable. If we need a place again, we will be sure to stay here.
