Available for weekly Friday to Friday rentals in the summer. A 2021 Pontoon boat is also available to rent with the property. It has 66' of private shoreline; an elevated front deck plus side patio; and stone bonfire pit & gas BBQ grill. Guests also get FREE & exclusive use of a pontoon, 2 kayaks and paddle boat plus private dock from early May through late October (weather permitting). Swan Cottage is also very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties.
