Beautiful historic home in the heart of the Heritage Hill Historic District. Surrounded by blocks of preserved historic homes. Walk to Wealthy and Cherry Hill districts for boutiques, craft beer and some of Grand Rapids best restaurants. This apartment is on the second floor in the back of our home with wonderful light and airflow. You have your own entrance and all areas of the apartment are for you only.
