My second time staying here. Just as the first... peaceful, very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Great neighborhood location (lots of fun/cool spots within walking distance) and helpful/friendly comms from Luna. If it's available, act immediately! It's perfect for any kind of trip to Grand Rapids. Thanks, Luna!!

Brooke was an unbelievable, friendly responsive post. Amenities in room above standard. The dogs were extremely friendly. Only sad part was we didn't get to see this in the summertime.With the pole and the tiki bar open

What a great place! For a place that costs the same as a hotel, if not a better price this, place exceeded anything I would have gotten at a hotel. Super comfortable bed, amenities are perfect, bathroom was pristine, environment was chill, and the host was super friendly. You can tell the hosts are very proud of their home and property and enjoying sharing that with others. This was our first time renting a room versus a space or an entire home and I was quite nervous but Bob and Sher put all my concerns to rest and set a very hi bar for future experiences.

Excellent location and suite, very cozy and felt right at home. The kitchenette had plenty, and we really appreciated the variety of options and fresh food for the continental breakfast. Host was very responsive and gave clear instructions which made check-in a breeze. Would definitely recommend!

Great place for a quick trip! Very chill vibes, great separation from the main house, felt very private. We stayed for a wedding in GR and it was perfect! Sauna is so worth it! Would have loved to see it in the summer with the pool open! Missed there was no TV in the description but brought a projector as I do on every airbnb trip! Did two puzzles while we enjoyed our peaceful stay!

Ev was very easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. They were respectful and understanding when I got sick shortly before my stay and had to rearrange the stay a little bit. My friends loved the house and it's proximity to local restaurants and bars. Pleasant experience overall, and I didn't even get to stay at the property!

Couldn't ask for a better stay or host. My friends all raved about how nice of a find this was and how perfect it was for our stay and for the price. It was super clean, organized, and easy to navigate. The house had clear instructions. We LOVED the lower level arcade room and bar area, so fun! We stayed just for a night and it was raining so we didn't have plans to go down to the lake, but it looked like a gorgeous dock and we enjoyed the stunning views of the water from inside the house. The hosts were proactive in checking in, super responsive when we had questions, and gave us great local recommendations!

Our family had a great overnight stay at Campau Lake Sunny Days. Frank and team were easy to communicate with and responded promptly to all my communications, even when I texted at late hours. They graciously contacted us before our stay to bump us to the bigger cottage free of charge. They were flexible with our checkout time so we could enjoy the hot tub during the small window of good weather during our stay. We hope to be back in the summer time to play on the lake!!

This place was SO nice for the price and especially the location!! not to mention the huge relaxing hot tub on the property. wish i could have stayed longer!!

I have stayed at David and Kim’s place for 6 months during my internship in Grand Rapids. David and Kim were very kind and welcoming. I was happy I got to use my own kitchen and bathroom. The house is very close to highway and shopping mall as well. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The staff was very accommodating when we had a couple of our employees come down to the area to work for a few weeks They were very helpful. It's helping us navigate through a last minute contract, and we're very easy to work with. The swim spa was a huge hit as well as the pool table. We will definitely be booking money of our trips in the area there when available.

Beautiful home and very welcoming hosts. There was a great snack/drink station available for the guests 24 hours. Breakfast was amazing, way better than I expected and there was plenty of food for seconds. We would love to go back for another stay..

The house is a really cool early 1900s grand house in an incredibly nice neighborhood with two frank lloyd wright houses down the street. The house has all of the original features with tile bathroom and huge bathtub and awesome shower. Real neat to stay in such a well kept house! Breakfast was full on homemade gourmet with fresh peach tart and cool egg dish. Jane is a great cook!

It was admittedly too long since I had taken my wife out for her birthday. This BNB was definitely the right decision. 5 stars and more if I could give them. The couple that run it were very helpful and insightful. We had a laugh in the morning and talked about places nearby to visit. The breakfast!! Dont skip it, it would be your loss! Make sure you try everything at the complimentary sweets table, as I found I haven't had anything better in 47 years of life. Not an exaggeration. Cheers to everyone reading.
