Large sunny great room with tv and DISH satellite. There is over 500 sq feet of deck space overlooking the bay and the freshwater marsh managed by the Nature Conservancy. Watch sunrise over the bay and sunset over the beautiful marsh filled with many species of birds. Dogs must be walked on a leash and do-do picked up!

Features very large bedroom with a new king bed with a hybrid mattress, and spacious living room with a queen size pull out couch. Well equipped kitchen with toaster oven, electric skillet, countertop burner, microwave, and coffee makers. Only 3 mi. to DE Turf, 15 mi. to Dover, and 30 mi. to the beaches! There are open stairs, so not appropriate for small children. Well-behaved pets welcome.

Location was perfect for being away from all the tourist traffic and noise but still close enough to explore all the nearby beaches, wildlife refuge (must see!), and small towns. We had a fabulous time. Will definitely rent here again.

Bowers Beach - pets ok - low cleaning fee

Tara was responsive and flexible. Everything was as she said it was. The town was quiet and very friendly. The restaurant in town was top tier. Our children loved walking to the beach and riding on the bikes that were at the house. Tara had all the right things to keep our 3 kids occupied and happy. Will definitely consider coming back.

Very convenient for me. Close to Dover, so I can visit my Mom. Close to Smyrna. Away from the hustle and bustle. Clayton is a cute little town. Restaurant nearby and liquor store. Place is solid. Bedroom is nice and den with TV has a futon. Kitchen is fine.

We rented Marianna's place to hold a small intimate elopement. The location could not have been better for what we needed it for. She was very responsive any time I had a question. The view from the deck is beautiful. The bed wasn't the comfiest but the rest of the house/ location made up for it! Would highly recommend this air bnb!

I loved my month long stay here! It was such a pleasure to meet Ruthie and I couldn’t have felt more at home. The space was very clean upon arrival and I quickly settled in. Loved coming home and seeing the horses in the front yard, no complaints whatsoever. It definitely exceed my expectations!

Paola's place was absolutely amazing! I had a great time during my stay there and felt right at home. If you go out to eat, you HAVE to have Bubbakoo's Burritos. Their food was so good.

Thank you the place was great. We stayed a night due to a tournament at DE turf. So close! Thanks for the water and snacks that was great after being outside all day in the sun. Nice touch with the lotion, shampoo and conditioner, we forgot some of that. Highly recommend this place.
