Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Kent County

This is our second time staying at Kristy's place. Just like last time, it was a beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. Very comfortable! Every time I've communicated with Kristy she's been quick to respond and very helpful. Highly recommend!

My family and I loved spending a long weekend at Susan's cozy, tasteful place on the water. The location is especially private and peaceful and we particularly enjoyed the screened porch and fire pit / hammock area.

We needed a place to stay while we transitioned to Delaware. This was the perfect place for us. It was close to the beach, comfortable, very quite, and everyone was so friendly. We felt like we were at home even if it was a temporary stop. There was plenty of space and things we needed to make our stay smooth. Shane and Erin were helpful and wonderful hosts, they let us know of upcoming event's and if there was anything we should be aware of. I would recommend this place to couples or families. We stayed during the holidays and it felt magical to be there during this time.

Fantastic beach getaway. The home was clean and comfortable with extra room even bigger than the pictures. The views were spectacular and the deck actually is accessible from so many places. The directions for keyless entry were clear, but when I wasn’t understanding them the hosts responded immediately and we got in within moments. Comfortable beds and plenty of things in the kitchen - can opener, coffee maker and wine opener as well as things like cutting board and baking sheets. Fridge is huge and there’s tons of ice. Definitely would recommend.

This house was a fantastic spot for us during our stay for a field hockey tournament at the DE turf complex. The location was secluded and private, but still close to Milford and Frederica as well as local beaches. We shared the house with a teammate's family and the setup was perfect - our family of four was upstairs, and their family of 3 was downstairs. There was plenty of privacy and the living room and dining room were great for relaxing. The kitchen was spacious and well-provisioned. The house was spotless and looked brand new. The beds were comfortable and the linens were high quality. Cindy was really friendly and helpful. The house binder had a great summary of local recommendations. Highly recommend!

Cassie went above and beyond to help us get back something important we left behind. The place was everything we were hoping for a peaceful getaway. We spent a lot of time in the sunroom taking it all in. I would highly recommend staying here & Cassie is a great host. Thank you again, Cassie.

Such a great house with lots of nooks and crannies to escape to if you need some alone time. Lots of great porches. I highly recommend this house for family reunions!

Margaret's place had everything I needed for my stay. The apartment was cozy and comfortable, and Margaret was responsive to any questions I had. The door was a little tricky to get open at first but she gave me some tips and it was easy after that. I would recommend Margaret's place to anyone and would stay here again!

This is our third time staying at Elaine’s place and it won’t be our last! It’s always just what we need in terms of location, space, and comfort. The place is always very clean. Elaine is highly responsive and always helpful in providing great suggestions for us, no matter what we need. Highly recommend!

Danielle was awesome, great communication and always responded within a timely fashion. Was very helpful with everything. And the farm was really nice.

Wonderful stay. Everything looked even better than it did in the pictures Had a blast canoeing, less paddle boarding but still gave it a shot haha. Caught lots of fish (not the bass I wanted, maybe next time) Girlfriend had a nice time as well. Plentiful of stores nearby. Host is awesome!

This was our second visit to Paul & Erma’s. It’s in a perfect location for us to visit our son and family in Dover. It’s also very quiet with very little traffic. We especially love the swing, we sit out there in the morning enjoying our coffee and the company of their friendly little gray cat “Smoky.” We couldn’t ask for a better place to stay, it has everything we need. We look forward to go back in the future!
