Quiet Mother In-Law apartment with private entrance on a dead end street with giant wrap around porch. Apartment is connected to the main residence by a laundry room with a keyed door on both sides. Bedroom has a Queen size memory foam mattress, TV w/Roku. Living area has a Queen size sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, 42in TV with Roku to access Netflix, Hulu, etc. Outside Entry door has a keypad that will be programmed with a 4 digit pin specifically for your check in to check out time.

The apartment has a private entrance, a newly remodeled kitchen and bathroom. All utilities are included. The apartment is cable/internet ready. We live in the attached house, so we ask that you keep your activities to a respectful volume. The apartment can accommodate 4 people.
