We had a wonderful time in Cherry Tree Cottage! Everything is spotless clean and the cottage is renovated with lots of love. Everything is exactly like shown on the pictures. All sightseeing spots, nature and beaches in Devon are easy to reach. Jacqui is a very welcoming and caring host. We highly recommend staying there.

This is a lovely apartment in a quiet neighbourhood within easy reach of the city centre. It has been a great place to stay whilst working in Exeter and would make a nice base for anyone needing a base for a holiday in the area. Lacey has been very kind and supportive making the stay pleasurable, rather than just a base for work.

Beautiful cottage which matched the description. Really comfortable and well equipped. Great location for exploring Exeter and Devon. Ann was an extremely helpful and accommodating host, responding really quickly to questions. Thank you very much. Would definitely come here again.

As this was our first overnight stay in Devon and it was a six hour car ride from home, we were excited to have been able to secure Orchard View which aligned perfectly with what we were after. Very much a home from home. Sue is warm and welcoming and had a wealth of knowledge about the locality. She instantly felt like a friend we had known for years. The house had everything we needed from cosy, warm rooms to a fab high spec. kitchen/diner with all appliances. It couldn’t be more practical if travelling with bikes or a dog with its own garden and outside tap etc. The cottage has been so tastefully decorated to contemporary standards and we absolutely, our Labrador included, loved every minute at Orchard View.
