Flat was amazing and even with scaffolding view is nice shame about closed balcony but will be back soon once building is complete

We absolutely loved our stay here. The place was amazing, well equipped in all senses, including kitchen and bathroom, and super clean and tidy. David was incredibly helpful at all times, and incredibly kind. We had to call him due to an issue with the key and he was so so so helpful and understanding. I would 100% recommend. Spot on location, added bonus with parking spot that Jessica so kindly let us have before check in. Gorgeous little Annex with everything you need, Including a little refrigerated treat. Most comfortable bed I've slept in in years and the jacuzzi bath was top notch. Ideal Base for a city break, will deffo book again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Julia's Sky Penthouse -- great location, amazing communication, comfortable and cozy apartment. The location is perfect if arriving by train (a quick 6 minute walk) and is easily walkable to many delicious bakeries and restaurants. The beds were comfortable and a great shower, too! Thank you, Julia!

Fabulous location, beautiful, bright & well maintained apartment. The pictures speak for the apartment and the amenities within the estate. I would like to speak more about the hosts, Jane has been very welcoming since the time we booked the property for our Easter weekend stay. Had been in touch regarding the bed room arrangements and informed us to book the amenities ahead of our stay so we get a slot. When I informed her that we did not manage to get the slot, she went in person to make the bookings on our behalf. What a lovely gesture! The day we check-in, Jane's clear instructions helped in locating the property without any issue. I had to contact Jane to inform that our 8 year old was looking for youtube in TV and reg the gaming console remote. In the next 5 mins, her husband was there to sort it all out for us which we really didn't expect. They are such lovely hosts doing everything possible to ensure their guests get what they expect. We'll definitely visit again!

Good ground floor apartment. Great to walk into town, and to have dedicated parking spaces. Clean and well equipped. Beds comfortable, we had two singles in the ensuite bedroom. Met on arrival with the keys.

We had wonderful stay at this Airbnb during our family visit. The flat was spacious, clean, and quiet, making it a perfect retreat. Its location is fantastic, close to various amenities one being a gym across the road which we used, restaurant's, and shops, as well as a large park for dog walking. The check-in and check out process was straightforward, and the host provided clear instructions. Highly recommend.

I really enjoyed the stay at Katie's flat. It was clean, spacious, comfortable, equipped with everything. Katie was so kind and helpful, also when she was not around, her son and her neighbor took care of the guest. Really a nice teamwork ! It was situated a little bit far from town centre, but in the quiet atmosphere in front of the river. Guest can enjoy the splendid view over the river, along which many people enjoy walking and jogging. Definitely I will come back If I need to stay in Bristol in the future.

Very clean modern apartment in a great location for Newbury town centre. Roger was very responsive throughout, would definitely look to return.

It's a lovely family home located very close to a beautiful village. We had a few minor issues, but Joe was very responsive via messages and phone. The kids loved the home, and there were quite a few board games for them to enjoy. Overall, it was a great family outing with friends.

We had the most amazing couple of days at Spring Barn. The hosts were so friendly, helpful and responsive. The property was so spacious - inside and out with so many toys for the grandchildren. The tree house was fantastic! We really enjoyed our time in this quiet part of the Cotswolds - just what we needed and a superb place to celebrate my birthday. I’d definitely recommend. We came away to celebrate my mum’s 80th birthday and this was the perfect place to do that. The games room and cinema room were an excellent, well used part of our stay! The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed considering we cooked everyday. Overall this was one of the nicest, cleaner places we have stayed in and really made the weekend feel special.

A lovely stay for a family birthday. The place is charming and Victoria is a great host. The house feels incredibly homely and the decorations are lovely. The kitchen was definitely are favourite- and easy to cook a lovely roast in there! Would happily host another family event there in the future

A stunning house in a lovely complex. Absolutely perfect for families with kids.

Cosy and well equipped house. Convenient location from where one could walk into the city centre (about 15 minutes) or catch a bus from a stop just 3 minutes away. Property was very clean with all the facilities as described. Easy entry and exit and responsive communications. Private parking in front of house suitable for smaller (at least in terms of length) family saloon cars.
