Here's a slightly improved version for more fluidity and naturalness: --- The apartment has a lot of character, neat decoration and very good equipment. The living room is comfortable, with a modern dining table, sofa and TV. A small balcony allows you to enjoy the sun in the afternoon. The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. The place is particularly quiet, ideal for relaxation. The owners are very welcoming and always available to provide information about the area if needed.

We had a lovely Easter weekend with the family in Bad Tölz. The vacation home is a small but very cozy and clean. The place was just as described. It should only be mentioned that all bedrooms are only separated with towels and no doors - but this was no problem for us as a family. Pia & Ferdinand were always helpful with questions in advance and also during the stay you sent lovely tips for exploring the area. The little cute cottage is definitely recommended by us 😊

A very nice apartment with a beautiful well-kept terrace overlooking the mountains. Very nice people in the house. Easy to find and a lot to reach on foot. Flawlessly clean. We have nothing to complain about.

We can recommend Antonia and Robert's place 100%. The apartment is sparkling clean, comfortably furnished and we lacked nothing. We felt right at home. The view from the balcony to the mountain landscape is a dream! The location is perfect for exploring the area. Communication with Antonia was super friendly. We were completely satisfied and would come back anytime!

Amazing apartment, great host. And the view from the balcony is out of this world. The only "drawback" for us was the too soft bed. If necessary, the mattress could be renewed here again. Otherwise, everything was great and Bettina was a great host!

Stefan and Chris were very friendly and everything was well and easily organized. The apartment is spacious and you can quickly get to the beautiful garden. There are several options to sit together and, for example, play games in the evening. The two really went the extra mile, I can only recommend the place.
