The property and surrounding area are beautiful; the host responsive, friendly and helpful. Great villa in a great are with much to do.

We had a great time in this mountain house. Amazing mountains all around, watching sunset from the terrace, stargazing after dark. We found here everything we needed and even more.

We absolutely loved our stay! As a group of 2 families (4 adults, 4 children) we had plenty of space and you couldn't ask for a better view. The kids spent a whole day exploring, playing and just being kids and it was fantastic. We even braved a swim in the waterfall! Yes, the road takes some confidence to tackle but it is 100% worth it. Amazing spot and wish we could have stayed longer!

Serenity villa is part of “must stay “ category. The contemporary exteriors flow well with earthy warm colors and modern interiors. The villa is a peaceful retreat on the top of the hill with a marvelous view of the Shkodra Lake. Benida and Pikhost very commutative, we needed charcoal for the grill and they responded right away, the maintenance guy (Isa) was so helpful. Definitely will return to this vila. We had a wonderful time at this beautiful new villa in the north of Albania. We were warmly welcomed by the friendly hosts, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. Communication via Airbnb was very good. The villa is perfect for a large group or multiple families and offers a great view of Lake Skoder. There is a lakeside beach within walking distance, as well as cozy restaurants and cafes nearby. For groceries, you need to travel a bit further, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Montenegro is within driving distance and definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a clean and relaxing vacation!

We loved our stay at Mirkos place. The location is stunning! Beautiful place to stay with plenty to visit in the area only a short drive away. I would say you definitely need a car to get around, but there is parking available and we had no trouble reaching the apartment. The flat was clean, drinking water was provided and a nice terrace area outside. The home is in a small remote village type area, which is amazing at night. The view of the stars was spectacular. Loved our time in Montenegro. Thank you.

Als gebürtiger Montenegriner, kannte ich die Gegend bereits! Das es in der Gegend so eine tolle Unterkunft gibt war eine große Überraschung! Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und sehr abgelegen! Die Hinfahrt wird auf Wunsch vom Gastgeber genau beschrieben ( diese ist beim ersten Mal auch mehr als notwendig!) Alles was man für den Aufenthalt oben braucht ist vorhanden. Die Räumlichkeiten sind gut genutzt und nicht überladen. Mann muss aber bei zwei Nächten selber vorher unterwegs in Nikšić sich mit Lebensmitteln versorgen. die 500m vom Asphalt bis zum Haus ohne sind. Ist einen normalen Auto zu schaffen! Würde aber empfehlen diese nur zum ausladen und einladen zu benutzen! Das Auto kann dann neben der Asphaltstraße ohne bedenken geparkt werden! Alles im allen eine außergewöhnliche Unterkunft in der letzten Wildnis Montenegros! Dimitrije war seh kommunikativ! Der stolze Montenegriner zeigt sich vom Werk seines verstorbenen Vaters und seiner fortlaufenden Verbesserungen am Objekt positiv offen!

The surrounding of this apartment is just stunning. It's the perfect place to relax! Unfortunately during our stay we had heavy rain, but this was not bad at all. It was so cozy and like coming home! Ana and her husband are great hosts and their daughter makes the best breakfast ! :D Thanks for having us! Cheers

Die Wegbeschreibung war gut und der Self Check in verlief problemlos. Das Haus war sehr sauber und toll ausgestattet. Der Blick von der Terrasse ist wunderschön. Im Garten gibt es Schildkröten und die Hühner des Nachbarn kamen vorbei. Wir hatten Probleme mit einer Baustelle in der Nachbarschaft (Ende April 2025), aber Ana war bemüht das Problem zu lösen und es war sicher nur noch kurzzeitig. Fußläufig bergab erreicht man viele Restaurants. Wir mochten die Pizzeria gegenüber der Stelle, wo die Kinder spielen.
