The family room stretching across the rear of the cottage is open plan and incorporates the kitchen, dining and seating areas with constant warmth from the Aga. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with king size beds and a light filled twin room.

Beautiful coastal cottage, beach & pub 5 min walk!

The Coach House is a lovely, self-contained cottage located within the grounds of our farmhouse. It is a very short walk away from Weybourne beach, The Ship Inn, The Maltings hotel and our village cafe and shop. Close by is the beautiful Georgian town of Holt, the coastal town of Sheringham and Sheringham Park. We are located just off the North Norfolk coast road, very convenient for Blakeney, Cromer, Holkham and Wells Next the Sea. For a holiday to North Norfolk this is the perfect location!

This warm and comfortable well presented modern refurbished small annexe (one guest only) benefits from en-suite shower room, independent access, outside seating area/patio and secure parking on site. Being just three miles from the Norfolk Wildlife Trust’s Cley Marshes visitor centre, this property makes an excellent base for birdwatching and exploring the coastline. With unspoilt views out to the Norfolk countryside, comfortable living space and a well equipped kitchen, this fantastic property offers practical and comfortable accommodation.
