Im Erdgeschoß befindet sich ein großzügiges Esszimmer, die Küche mit separater Speisekammer, ein Arbeitszimmer, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Kamin, zwei Doppel Schlafzimmer mit je einem Duschbad en-suite, ein Gäste-WC und der Hauswirtschaftsraum. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 7 DZ und 1 EZ, sowie 4 Badezimmer.

The vacation apartment Sonnengarten 11 is located on the 2nd floor of the newly built vacation complex Sonnengarten in 2019. The apartment is a modernly furnished non-smoking apartment with bedroom, living and dining room, bathroom, sauna and balcony. Welcome to our dreamy and quiet vacation home - only 4 km from the Baltic Sea. In the middle of our wonderful orchard is our spacious house with a cozy eat-in kitchen, in which a fireplace provides coziness in cold weather. In summer, the large terrace with a shady apple tree invites you to eat together. In the lovingly developed adjoining house there is a sauna with bath and shower and an idyllic relaxation area with outdoor shower.

This pretty spot of earth is located between Lübeck and Kiel - in the middle of beautiful Holstein Switzerland - and is also just a stone's throw from the Baltic Sea. The former kitchen house has become a cozy vacation home - and we would like to invite you to be our guests.

Beach house - Spacious and modern!

Welcome to the Baltic Sea! This apartment is the entire lower floor of a detached house. Here you will find everything you need for a nice vacation. The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.

Cozy apartment in a quiet location, about 5 minutes' walk from Dahmer Hauptstrand/Promenade. The apartment has a large roof terrace with beach chair. We have also set up a small play area for (small) children behind the house. Dogs can be brought along, please specify when booking. Wi-Fi is of course available! Please only smoke outside on the terrace, thank you!
